On my old Sapphire (3 1/2 years ago) I had:
Swampert
Flygon
(I didn't get Latias cause I never knew what it was at that time and I accidently defeated it once...)
I also had Rayquaza that was almost lvl 84 or 85 and a Kyogre that was around lvl 90...
(I also found a Shiny Tentacool cause I always thought I could find Latias (some time after I defeated it) so I always searched at that time.

On my new Sapphire (I got 4 to lvl 100 almost 3 years ago in order)

Flygon
Milotic
Kyogre (it is currently lvl 98 though it was lvl 94 or something when I got Milotic, and mabye Flygon to lvl 100 almost 3 years ago.)

On my Emerald I have 4 or 5 pokemon at lvl 62 (I didn't continue to lvl them cause it will take more time and I would not be able to have enough time for Battle Frontier. I also have Kyogre, Groudon, Swampert and Rayquaza that are close to lvl 80...

i have 4 level hodnerd pokemon on my old emerald but lost dat emerald wit leaf green and sappihire on my new emerlad i heve non (yet).

On mij old are these pokemon milotic,ragyauza,kyogre,blaziken
 
Well, on my current game at Ruby, I've got quite a few level-100 Pokemon; a Latias, a Rayquaza, a Blaziken (and a second Blaziken at Lv. 82), while most of my Pokemon are at Lv. 50. ;o
 
At the moment, only one: Swampert. Currently working on Groudon ^^
 
I have a level 100 mew:)
It's very strong but weak attacks>.<

WHy do I have some doubles and so many you may ask? Well, I had some of those on my old emerald which I lost, so I bought a new one, and re-nade my party with many game resets I must add. Then.... I found my old emerald. XD. (Plus I train pokemon a lot. I enjoy it.)

with or without cheats?? i didnt yet without cheats. but i did get one 2 level 77... (charizard) (i no ure not impressed, but whatever, its good enough 4 me... : P)
 
I would assume without cheating, since that is incredibly cheap and isn't even worth mentioning. ANYONE can get a ton of Lv100 Pokes through cheating, but it takes a certain skill to get a Poke to Lv100 through normal methods. Personally, I have never done it and I never will. There is no point to it.

On my old old game I got a few to level 100... but in my current team, my highest is Metagross, at level 89. And that guy is a beast to level up... so I doubt I'll get much higher than that.

Other than 'Gross, I have 5 level 87's.
 
u cud try 2 find any other rare candies in bushes or something. i knnow for a fact that there is a hidden rare candy on route 120 after fortree city where u go up a small path near the parasol lady and press A on a bush at the end.
 
I have a few lv100s Kyogre, Rayquazzer, Latios, Blastoise, Mewtwo, Dodrio, Dargonite, Moltres, Gengar, Lugia, Ho-oh, Deoxys, Mew, Celebi, Jirachi, Espeon, Magmar, Venusaur and many more.
