There's another one I read last year, I think its called "The catcher in the rye"
That book was alright :3 I'll probably understand it more if I read it over again later. A lot of stuff from Ghost in a Shell comes from the author who wrote that.

The Giver was a good book o.o I read that out of freewill~

I read A Tree Grows in Brooklyn by myself too. In sixth grade. I should read it again, I've forgotten all but the main plot <<"

To Kill a Mockingbird >Lord of the Flies , nuff said.

Ghost in the Shell comes from a book? Fair Ehough.

Invisible Man was one of those that my French teacher remarked about, I believe; it was on the reading list for my senior year, but I don't remember ever reading it. I think there was a case of "pick x number of books from this list, and read them" going on...I picked other books besides that one.

I've never had a chance to read Catcher in the Rye...and I doubt I will now, since I don't read many books now. ._. Shameful...I used to read quite a few books when I was younger (of the non-school, non-boring variety, anyways), too.

Has anyone read the giver? D= That book...I just didnt get. O.o The ending sucked.

One of the books that I will never forget I read was Animal Farm. Basically because it reminds me of School Rumble.

You know what's worse?

*points to fanfiction.net*

Not all, mind you~ Some are simply too cliché and deformed to be considered a story. ;;

You're thinking of The Invisible Man, the great and wonderful book by H.G. Wells...this one's a far cry from that masterpiece XD

The site is good. Just a place to post fanfics. But I do agree in some ways.

No, I knew exactly what you were talking about, and I did mean Invisible Man (the other one never even came to my mind). Had any of H.G. Wells' books ever been on any of my reading lists, then there might have been another book I wouldn't have minded reading. :P

That's not very descriptive~

I've read a lot of King books. If I become a writer, he's my hero.
