Any one know how to make the picture pop up of a pokemon when choosing your starters?

75 is the hex code to open it, to close it is 76. Script, I wouldn't know...

I beleive you would need raw functions in the script.

#raw 75
givepokemon
#raw 76

Dunno :S.

Anyways, whats the number for the text box in FireRed for unLZ.

I couldn't find it in unLZ.GBA, but it is located around E983F8-E9E9F8. Just use a tile-editing tool such as TLP or Tile Molester.

Is it okay to invert the colors of the battle backsprites in Paint instead of studying the colors between the Tile Molester pallete and the emulator pallete?

Paint doesn't have Hex values, if that is what you mean.

I don't know if this is the right place to ask but where can I find Diamond Cutter. My hack is nothing with out scripts.

I think the best thing for you would be pokescript (can be found in the tools section)

If anything was the best it would be using a hex editor(too bad most people don't) xD

Remember Pokescript can be a tad glitchy at times.

What program can insert scripts into Fire Red and where can I get such a program?

You need Pokescript and pkmadv database then-

Save your script in notepad as an rbc. . Then right click it and you should see a "Compile script" option. If you don't then go to Piemans tutorial. Now, after pressing compile, pokescript will come up, but just close it after it has finished. Now bufrite will come up, so you press the book and select your ROM. A box will come up, press the torch icon and offsets will come up. Select one and press "Assign" and then go to "file" in bufrite and press "Burn" now remember that offset by clicking on "Offsets" tab. Remember the first offset and put it into "offset" in A-map.

You can get it at the link in my signature

Hope I helped;)

Pokescript and ScriptED are programs that can edit and add in scripts, try the tools section.

Hey, can someone tell me why Cyclone Prototype doesn't work for me?!?!?!?!

If you are using a FR/LG/E rom it won't work, if R/S you need to import the image to edit it. Otherwise if still not working you could be missing a file or there is a problem with the one you got.
