The "blue crap" is the border block. You can find it near the top right corner above the tiles used in the map (In AM). Just edit it accordingly/how it best fits.There's another thing.

Well I understand how do you make someone disapear by activating a flag and put it into the person ID. but I want to do the oposite. when I activated a flag the person apears..

It looks to me like you used the bottom row of tiles in the tileset. Well, more accurately, whoever made that ROM Base did that. I'm not 100% on this but I believe that door animations use the last couple of tiles in the secondary tileset in the VRAM so if you have tiles there, they will be overwritten with the door animation's tiles. Just move those tiles elsewhere in the tileset and redo the blocks.
Edit: It isn't fixed at all, or at least the doors act as Pokecenter doors now, or they glitch again. Here's a pic of the block I'm using, as you can see the tiles are not in the bottomrow:

I wasn't entirely sure where to ask, so I thought the Simple Questions would be the best place. It was too difficult trying to use the search, so I don't know if anyone's asked yet (someone probably has though).
Can I add extra moves, abilities, and Pokemon to a third gen game? If so, how/how many? Is there any way I can fit an extra 200+ Pokemon?
Also, do we know how to map edit 4th gen games yet?

You know how you set an unset flag in order to make someone disappear? What's the opposite? Clear a set flag!
Set the flag at the start of a game in some script, then use the clearflag thing when you need the person to appear. Simple as that.

By extra moves, I meant adding, say, Dark Pulse to Emerald (I apologise for being so unclear before). Looks like I'll probably just skip this for now, until I actually learn what to do...Depends what you mean by extra moves, if you mean brand new moves like Thunder Wing or something like that then I'd say it's possible but you would have a HELL OF A LOT OF WORK AHEAD OF YOU. As you would have to do animations, and most probably ASM (Assembly code) work.

Well, Pokemon and moves would have yielded too many results (or may just have been omitted because of how common it is), and I didn't think that it would have been recently asked, so in case there was any new advancement in the past whenever, I felt it was better to ask."Too difficult to use search" .... o_O
