I prefer cats.
Even though we have a dog.
I just love cats though, they're so cuddly and you can pick most of them up..
You can't realy pick a dog up it will bark at you..
 
I have a cat.. but I prefer dogs. By far.

I want a spaniel or a husky. Cats are way too independant for me, and mine is really boring and just sleeps. >:
 
Uh, not really bothered. I like them both the same.
 
I am more of a dog person. I have one. I never had a cat before, but for some reason I don't like them much. So dogs for me.
 
I just love cats! They're really enigmatic and cunning. Dogs tend to irritate me and I just can't seem to be a fan of them. They bark at me everytime I'm near one.

Cats, on the other hand, just adores me. My friend's kitty always sleep on my lap when I go over her house. <3
 
I seem to like both as a personal preference. I grew up always by cats at my Nana's house and used to say hi to dogs at the park. I still go to my Nana's to visit her cat,though I have two dogs to take care of(currently), I can find the time.
 
I prefer cats. I think it really boils down that cats seem smaller to me (despite the fact that there's a good number of small dog breeds), and that I don't have to walk them. Also, they're cute. :3

I have no problem with dogs, though. Every once in awhile, I go "I kind of want a dog to walk."
 
I prefer cats over dogs. Cats are nice and quite.

I also like big dogs too. Small dogs annoy me. They bark at everything that exists, then if that existing thing moves they run away with their tail between their legs. >_<
 
I like dogs better they have better bonds with the owners.
 
I'd rather have a cat.

A lazy cat.

Dogs are too loud and move too fast and stuff.
 
I prefer dogs myself. I've had significantly more dogs while growing up than cats so there's a certain degree of comfort there. In addition, cats are just too lazy sometimes. You can have more fun with a dog than you can with a cat. :D
 
I'm pretty much a dog person.I always liked dogs.I'm not a big fan of cats.
 
I used to prefer dogs and I still think that puppies are the cutest thing in the world...but almost all dogs hate me for some reason. T^T Cats, though, like me just fine and I just love it when one takes a nap on my lap. So cute! ;~;
 
There needs to be a "Both" option in the poll @ the top. Just saying.

I like both, honestly. I've lived with dogs longer, but I still like cats :3 So, truth be told, it's hard choosing one over the other.

I wanted people to choose which one and not both.

I'm all for Cats btw.
 
I like them both, but cats more. They're less dependable on me for things than dogs are. xD I do love dogs though, just like cats more.
 
Whilst you can do a lot more with dogs, I prefer cats at this current time. Why? Cats can be just as loving. They are less dependent which is good for me, as I tend to be really busy and don't have all the time to devote that a dog needs. Plus, cat's also don't tend to be as annoying. Also, I love the feeling of cats walking across my back when I wake up. When dogs walk across my back when I wake up, I just get angry.
