4th Gen Are you a male or a female player?

I guess I can say this here. I totally reseted my friend's MINT Emerald game with good Battle Frontier stats and all that, and MewTwo and all that just because I wanted to play as a girl with the name of my crush xD Oddest thing was that he didn't get mad at me, if I were him, I'd NEVER talk to me again. I'm not getting HGSS and I think I'll start Generation 5 as a dude like I am, especially if it has customisation features.
 
I use a male sprite, Because I think its weird when you go to a tournment, and 60% of the guys there have Females named Dawn -_-? (d/p/pt)
 
I'm playing as a girl... because I am a girl and it would be weird to play as a boy. Even though the boy looks better. :(
 
I'm a girl, so I chose to play as a girl. Which is good, because I like Ethan's song when he talks. In case you didn't know, Lyra and Ethan's songs are actually different. Don't think of me the wrong way, but I think Lyra's really cute! Over-sized hats are all the rage this year!
 
a MALE ! and happy to pick him ! In platinum even with the new look I still hated him but I ended up picking him but trade over my Pearl pokemon to platinum and started a new game on pearl but I pick the girl ;) Ehhh... I think I got to the 2nd gym ! Ahaha.
 
Whether I play as a male or a female solely depends on which sprite I like better. On Soul Silver I am a male. On Platinum I am female.

My real gender is male.

I always choose the male trainer, but I usually give the female trainer a chance. This time around, I don't like Kotone (sorry Chibi) so I don't plan on using her. Ever.
 
On my first play through, male.
Some of my laters I chose female, just because I'm tierd of seeing the dude every battle.
 
I always play as a male (unless its FireRed, in which I might play as a female). Let's face it, Lyra is a little fashionably challenged.

Boy. I like the Male's Johto sprite better then any other male sprite.
 
I usually pick the male character seeing that they have a better outfit than the female character, but I chose Soul (lyra) because she looks like Mario :D
 
I'm a male, but I always play as the female. I'm not gay or anything, I just think she's cute, so I like playing with the females. I only catch boy pokemon, though, unless I'm breeding. I hate girl pokes. Never catch them, except Nidorina/nidoqueen.
