4th Gen Are you going to put all of your D/P/Pt Pokemon into HG/SS or visa versa?

I might trade over a few to SS but probably just for breeding, otherwise, my Pokemon are staying in their own game!
 
I'll catch everything catchable in HeartGold. The missing ones will be cloned from Emerald or breeded from Pearl.
 
The majority of my Pokemon will be transfered over but my main Pokemon will be cloned again so I can have them on several games.

I don't get what's with the cloning. do you need to do it?

i traded over an english turtwig to my jap game, and in about 1 hour i got it up to level 45. that just highlights how awesome this game is.
i'll be transferring stuff over from my pearl, but not platinum, because i might still want to play it. ;)
 
I'll start trading around once I get more pokemon other than Butterfree and Typhlosion Quilava out of HG lol
 
Not too many of them, but I'll bring Kyogre and a Porygon-Z to SS (one for the event, and the other just because Porygon-Z is that cool), and in turn bring over some... ... ...I dunno, Furret?
 
Not all of them, no. I may well transfer over my Darkrai from Platinum to HG/SS, and I may transfer back a couple of Johto monsters, but if I tranfer over a Hoenn or Sinnoh Pokemon I'll do it after I beat the elite four. I'll stick to the Johto/Kanto Pokemon available in the game for the storyline. =3

I'm only going to transfer some Pokemon from Platinum to SoulSilver.

I have a special box in Platinum titled "HG/SS" and the Pokemon in that box are the only Pokemon that I'll be transferring to SoulSilver.
 
I've not really decided on the matter yet, but I'll definitely not be using my Japanese HG as my main, so it would very likely have to wait until the US release, which is quite a ways away, yet. The one thing I'm thinking of doing is not trade them over to HG until I have a specific reason to do so, at the very least. I actually might start anew with HG and train some new Pokemon that I'll only use on there. (after all, I now have some Return-users, and I can't really be bothered to re-boost their happiness every time a new game comes out... -.-;; )

I attempted the same thing with Diamond <--> Platinum and it worked out well for the Pokemon, but terribly for the items. I still have a real hoard of items still on my Diamond; some I would very likely use, such as berries and TMs. Back then, I had no Pokemon that used Return though, so in that sense, it was much easier.
 
I will probably just trade over the Pokemon that I use the most. Maybe the Legendary ones. I have not decided yet for sure.

But I am deffinately trading my Crobat and Leafeon over after I beat Soul Silver.
 
When I get HG, it will probably be my main game so I'll trade some of my favorites pokes from Diamond over to it, and start using Diamond as more for storage and trading stuff, etc, with HG being my main. If I get SS, it will probably be my backup game for some more storage but probably mostly for solo runs/monotype challenges, etc. c:
 
I'll possibly leave most of my pokemon in my platinum version when Heart Gold/Soul Silver comes out in the US in spring 2010.
 
Ehh, I don't really like clumping up my Pokemon into one game. ;w; I'll probably move legendaries so I can complete the Pokedex, but other than that... ._.
 
I'll bring over my special pokemon to Heart Gold when I get it.

I.E.:
- Shiny Gengar, Feraligatr, Dragonite, and Arcanine.
- Special Event Pokes.
 
Half and half, I reckon - I'll be keeping a number of Pokemon on my Platinum, and move some to HG/SS. (I'm tepted to even do a playthrough with all three Johto Starters... in their shiny forms. XD)
 
I'm going to dump them on my wii. If there will be a European patch for it. ;;
 
I guess I'll be moving them around, not just one to one side, but one to this and this to that :)
 
due to the fact i have one ds and my wifi doesn't work with my new router my pokemon will stay in their original games
