D-do you like...gumbo..?

i'm a huge fan of chicken and sausage gumbo! i've made regular chicken and sausage gumbo (with a roux) probably,., twice, and a very sad Keto version maybe once or twice? The latter commits several gumbo taboos (no roux, has tomato) so I mean,,., really you'd probably just have to consider it a stew lmao.

the thing is, though, it's only good when it's cold outside!
