[Awards] Prettiest Profile Contest!

Just submitted my votes (although it was obvious for non-supporters given there was only two of them there) and I doubt mine will do any good votes-wise, but we'll see.

I know how you feel. I'm kind of based on the more simpler looks myself. I don't even know how other people manage to make their profiles look professional, even as a supporter!

Anyway, my profile has been done. XD Just... well... when the voting period starts, can someone PM me about it? :x I'm liable to forget all about it if I don't have some reminder.

Oh don't worry, I'm sure you were reminded that it's now the voting period. I know in previous PPCs the participants did have to vote and I'm assuming it's the same this time around as well, which I always found funny because you literally had to vote for your opponents.

And wow you like simple stuff as well? Great.

I realized some people had questions about this last year, so it was included in the thread this year. Quite a few people voted for themselves this year!

The forced vote was originally put in place because sometimes nobody not participating in the contest would feel involved and really vote, so the least we could do to get some opinion was to get the participants to vote.

Oh god I could have voted for myself... such a derp I am. I always keep assuming that you're not allowed to vote for yourself in contests like this for some reason, but I guess it's cause I'm so used to rules like that.

Aw I read that as "you can't vote for yourself" when I was skimming the rules lol. :( I mean, I guess it is just one extra vote to anyone who did that.

Out of curiosity (if you can tell us), how many vote ballots have you received? I'm just wondering how many non-participants bothered to vote.
 
If it turns out there's a significant lack of people voting, I guess we may not do a PPC in the next Get-Together if it's losing interest. I likely blame the popularity of other events for this.
 
Another problem was that some people who were participating didn't edit their profiles in time, which meant no choice but to disqualify them. I guess the problem is that most of us were so busy we just forgot the deadline.

The winners have been decided!

Atop her magical dragon, no has won the Platinum Medal with an overwhelming overall score of 26! She has put a lot of effort into designing her entry, carefully and meticulously tending to each detail.

Leaving us with the day's last light, Infinite has brought us to a magical planet. With an overall score of 14, he is the Gold Medalist of the Supporter/Staff Tier!

Giving us a peek into the mysterious depths of space, Forever has won the Silver Medal with an overall score of 12!

For the Non-Supporter tier:

Peering into a magical forest as a dragon hatchling, Mewtwolover has won the Platinum Medal!

With a magical inscription which I can only say is bone-chillingly ominous, Absol used bite! has won the Gold Medal!
