No alchemy? NO ALCHEMY? Do you know what this means? You are subjecting me to fight on a whim with brute physical contact when I, a certified alchemist with a rather hot exterior, could be using the wondrous convenience of flame alchemy! Besides, pistols are for my lieutenant Hawkeye.

The duel is, indeed, forfeit in my favor, as what shall occur tomorrow can no longer be considered a duel but a slaughter, which I feel dreadfully obligated to participate in nonetheless because, unlike a certain pusillanimous milquetoast I am loathe to battle because of their lack of honor, my word is my bond.

I shall see you there, M-16 in hand, drenched with water.
 
I saw the ending of Samurai Champloo yesturday!

In all actual circumstances, Mugen should have died. But he didn't o.o

It's not funny when Lily masquerades as Roy Mustang. Seriously.

I'd pay to see Andy actually act like an Arcanine, David impersonate Ichigo Kurosaki, or Alan either be like Takeshi Kaga or do his Asuka act once more, but Lily as Roy is just pushing it.

By the way, Jeremy acts like Princess Peach 24/7, so he's excluded. Heck, he doesn't even need the name change.
 
Have to agree with Jack there :\

Jin is the spiffyness~~ But he should have died too, but not with the same probabilites as Mugen of dying.

Chibi: I have an entire theory about why nobody died in Evanescent Encounter, Part III, but the official explanation is that Mugen has an incredibly powerful spiritual bond with the deities of the Ryukyu religion and can escape death simply by stating that he's not ready to die. He does this three times in the series, each in a scene when he is surrounded in a white void by black-robed figures.

But...Samurai Champloo is my 3rd or 4th-favorite anime; ranks far higher on my list than on most people's. I love seizure Mugen...that's my favorite drawing of him from the manga, which I was lucky enough to pick up both copies of. I'm incredibly disappointed that they only made two volumes, though, as it was a brilliant adaptation of the show ._.;

ML: Always one of my favorite Sakura images. I'd like to see if they actually surf in her world or not; we really never learn about what technology they do and don't have o_o;

Jack: If I knew more Japanese, I could actually impersonate Takeshi Kaga exceedingly well. Asuka Langley Soryu much less so, but I make a good attempt when I type, not speak, as she would. I, too, would pay to see Andy act like an Arcanine...Erica electrify anyone for that matter or Jorge play the taiko as good as his namesake.

Now, pardon me if I'm wrong (since I REALLY didn't care to read what's been going on in the past two pages since I left), but you are saying that because Lils refuses to use guns, you are allowed to use whichever weapon you want, even though it was you who forbade her from alchemy? So, if she refuses to use guns and that means you are allowed to select the means of combat, I believe that you since you demanded no alchemy, she should be the one to decide the terms, no?

Or who knows, maybe I'm just crazy. Or maybe I misread your text (it was a bit too ornate for me to care about understanding whilst I battle this headache). If I'm correct though, I'm not sure how you came to that non sequitur, Stool-guy...

Or then again, you said "too", implying that she was going to use alchemy anyway. But she never said was actually intending to perform any, she merely said that the duel was hers by forfeit because you asked her to do the impossible.

...You know what? Ignore that. I'm babbling. Just go make me some guitars.
