No, no. They only take it away from me during exam time. It's the holidays right now, the only reason I don't have my DSl is because the stupid touch screen screwed up and I sent it into repair. I should be getting it back by the end of the week! Hooray, after 2 months.... xD

No... there isn't that kind of option. It is possible that the pop-up was just ignored and closed... that would just block us automatically...
