And so, why were they ordering Grand fisher to attack Ichi ??? To increase his power ? Or just for fun ?? I didn't see any answer yet in the anime and in the manga ??? (maybe i missed it ??)

I was confused myself on that. It was very weird.
 
Grand fisher was just an experiment of Aizen's. Aizen used Grand Fisher's grudge against Ichigo as an oppourtunity to experiment with the half-awakened hougyoku, and empowered Grand Fisher with it inorder to fight Ichigo in order then measure its ability by the results.

yeah we know that. we were talking about the very beggining of the serie (episode 10 or something), we see some arrancar talking with G-Fisher.
 
What...? An arrancer was in episode 10..? I don't remember -_-
