    I remember this place, I used to lurk and do the occasional trade with my Pokemon Platinum & Soul Silver games, well I am back playing pokemon again with a copy of X and I am actually going for a Living Pokedex.

    I have never as much seen every pokemon in a single game before but I feels I should probably try and do this. I already have completed gen 1, just another ... lot ... of ... pokemon ... left. Wish me luck!

    Mmm, and good luck with your trading; the Trade Plaza will most certainly help you out with all your trading needs, like if you go to the Quick Trade thread, you'll be able to ask for any pokemon that you need, and someone can be willing to help you out. I'm almost finished my pokedex myself; just need a couple of legends, and I'm all set! Well again, it'll take some time, but I'm sure you'll be able to record em' all very soon!

    Sure thing, thanks for the nice welcome, I also almost have my X battling team up and ready soon too, just need some leveling and EV training done.

    Pretty happy to be playing pokemon again, and playing pokemon you need a community.

    For some reason I got Black and then fell out with it, I preferred Platinum. Only finished it out of spite to get my pokemon across to X.

    Anywho I will get to compiling a list of pokemon I need and pokemon I can breed. Ta.
     
    Platinum was really fun - I wasn't a fan of Sinnoh as a region but the games hooked me for ages. I was so excited for them that I ordered a Japanese Pearl version since I didn't want to wait for its English release. xD; Still worth it! Welcome back, Nick.

    Glad you're back into Pokemon again. We still have a bustling trade community and plenty of knowledgeable battlers so you'll get all the tips you need in that regard over at the Battle Center. Seems like you'll fit right in especially as you've been here before so stick around for a longer while, yes? I'm currently working on some breeding projects myself so perhaps we'll run into each other at the Trade Corner.

    Hmm... don't really remember you but oh well. But welcome back Nick!

    I remember how great 4th Generation was back in the day, but yeah it was recently announced the DS wi-fi services are getting taken down so yeah I probably won't replay the games but at least nice to hear you're enjoying X so far. Kalos is such an amazing region, and nice to see you're finally experiencing it for yourself.

    As the others said, Trade Corner is definitely the place for you, it's got everything you need to know about becoming a good trader. The regulars there are also really awesome so I'm sure you'll settle in with them well. Sadly I don't hang out over there but I'm sure you'll enjoy it there.
