[Discussion] base stats & stuff help

SO CUUUUUUTTTTTEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Passimian has a stat total of 490, a pre-evolution should have like a smaller total, around minus 200. Let's give that cute monkey a total of 300, with the same stat repartition as its evolution (high Attack and HP, average speed / defense and weak other stats): 60 / 75 / 50 / 25 / 40 / 50

Physical or special? I'll go physical, but if you realise that you want to balance your Pokémons, feel free to swap the physical and special stats of these Pokémons:
Turigi: 50 / 75 / 40 / 25 / 50 / 60 (total: 300)
Datifor: 80 / 120 / 70 / 40 / 85 / 100 (total: 495)

I'd go high special attack / defense with this one. A bit like Mismagius, but Mismagius is a third stage, so Unidol will have lower stats, of course :)
Unidol: 50 / 50 / 50 / 85 / 85 / 50

Again, I don't know what geckos have as features that would translate to stats.
I'd give it high HP and high Speed just to break that "high attack / high speed" vibe that I'm giving XD
Herbecko: 110 / 80 / 60 / 50 / 60 / 120

Again, I'd go with a ~300 total for the first stage, and a ~500 total for the second stage. Then high HP and high special attack / special defense, because they're too cute to be physically dangerous, and they're too cute to be "passive" in battle.
Raccute: 70 / 40 / 45 / 60 / 65 / 40 (total: 320)
Chamocoon: 110 / 60 / 85 / 100 / 105 / 50 (total: 510)

I think Pokémons with 200~350 stat total are for early game, 350~500 are for mid-game and 500+ are for late game. (It's not necessarily true but it's a good rule of thumb.
If you want to change the stats, then you just have to add stats. Either add the same value to each stat, or maybe add values that depend on the strengths and weaknesses of the Pokémon.
For example, if Chamoccoon is a late-game Pokémon, and you aim a 600 stat total (I think like Tyranitar), then you need to add 90 to its total. Chamoccoon's strengths are its HP, special attack and special defense. Maybe add 15 or 20 to them, and then add the rest to the other stats.

Finally, it's good that you reduce the number of Pokémons in each post, it feels less discouraging, because it takes time to invent those stats :)

thankyou ^.^

more in-coming whenever :3

paraquartz
flying/psychic type
Chatot has kinda ok stats (total: 411), but if it evolves, the stats will need to be higher. I'll target a 551 total (this is more than Flygon for example).
Paraquartz: 96 / 85 / 65 / 122 / 62 / 121

nixie
grass/water type

Darkroc
grass/dark type
By design it looks like a bulky slow crocodile, so I'd say: high Attack (or Special Attack, as usual), high defenses and/or HP, but very slow.
Nixie: 71 / 73 / 62 / 25 / 64 / 25 (total: 320)
Darkroc: 121 / 123 / 102 / 30 / 104 / 30 (total: 510)

snawgle
bug type

cocell
bug type

Lipreda
bug/dragon type
Speaking of Flygon :P I'll take their stat totals:
Snawgle: 40 / 30 / 70 / 30 / 70 / 50 (total: 290)
Cocell: 50 / 50 / 70 / 30 / 70 / 50 (total: 320)
Lipreda: 80 / 110 / 80 / 60 / 80 / 110 (total: 520)

:)

swansear
fire/flying type
I like Swansear's style, I like that it's a bird of lakes, turned into a fire bird (duality, you know?)
Again, it's a "glass-cannon" set of stats: low HP / defenses, high attack, high speed.
Flaplear: 35 / 70 / 40 / 33 / 45 / 72 (total: 295)
Swansear: 65 / 100 / 70 / 53 / 75 / 102 (total: 455)

Sparpent
fairy/bug type - evolves from kyouan dunsparce - https://pokemonfanon.fandom.com/wiki/Kyouan_dunsparce
I don't understand why this has the bug type XD
The Original Dunsparce is based on a bee-ish snake, but your Kyouan Dunsparce apparently removes the bee-ish part... I would see it Fairy/Poison, but not Fairy/bug.
Sparpent should have improved stats compared to Dunsparce. Let's add 40 to HP, 30 to Attack/Defense, 15 to Special Attack/Sepcial Defense, 10 to speed.
Sparpent: 140 / 100 / 100 / 80 / 80 / 55 (total: 555)

zinglo
bug/ice type

friddle
bug/ice type

terliza
bug/ice type
I fear this is too close to Frosmoth. You should rework the design of the final stage. Players will be confused when they see this one.
Usual weak stats for Zinglo and Friddle, and maybe high Defense, high Special Attack, and average rest?
Zinglo: 35 / 35 / 45 / 35 / 35 / 20 (total: 205)
Friddle: 35 / 35 / 55 / 35 / 45 / 20 (total: 225)
Terliza: 60 / 53 / 110 / 103 / 87 / 57 (total: 470)

*it's like the chansey of the region?*
What does it mean "it's like the chansey of the region"? Same stats you mean?
Chansey's stats are extreme, I would recommend against using similar stats. So I gave it very defensive stats.
Emfar: 120 / 35 / 73 / 65 / 87 / 20 (total: 400)

stakitty
electric type

staslon
electric type
Usually Electric-type Pokémons have low defenses, high speed and high special attack; one notable exception is Luxray. I'd give the same kind of stats as Luxray: high HP, high Attack, and average/low other stats.
Stakitty: 60 / 75 / 37 / 55 / 43 / 55 (total: 325)
Staslon: 90 / 120 / 57 / 75 / 63 / 85 (total: 490)

vilina
dark/normal type

furie
dark/normal type

saddietent
dark type
They look like cats mixed with tigers ^^
Cats run fast and are very lazy, so I'm not sure what features they must have. The Pokédex description of Saddietent says that it's rejected and alone, while Furie is a "delinquent" Pokémon. I'd say it gives them high Special Attack and Special Defense, average rest. (And they should know Nasty Plot I guess ^^)
Vilina: 40 / 33 / 31 / 59 / 57 / 33 (total: 253)
Furie: 50 / 43 / 41 / 79 / 77 / 53 (total: 343)
Saddietent: 70 / 73 / 71 / 109 / 107 / 83 (total: 513)

Hatropi
evolves into tropius at lv 9
This is easy: just give the same "kind of stats" as Tropius, just lower ^^
Hatropi: 59 / 48 / 53 / 52 / 57 / 31 (total: 300)

Two thoughts:
  1. I've always thought that Tropius didn't have the stats it deserved. If you have a preevolution to Tropius, maybe you could raise its stats by 10 points everywhere?
  2. I'm thinking that maybe you have too many cat-like, bird-like or butterfly-like Pokémons. If you also have official Pokémons in your game, there will be many repetitions. Maybe it adds variety if you have two or three butterfly-like species in the same forest, but try not to overload your Pokédex ^^
Game Freak as a lot of unused Pokémon concepts for example.

i'm not really overloading :3 besides... i don't plan on doing it yet... & i'm fine with the amount that's in my dex right now :D

the grass type starter line is a dog, by the way :3

nalorpi
poison/fairy type

Brawcorpi
poison/fairy type

Bulky centipede! I'd say high HP and high Attack.
Nalorpi: 80 / 80 / 45 / 33 / 52 / 20 (total: 310)
Brawcorpi: 110 / 110 / 75 / 53 / 82 / 40 (total: 470)

Badgerate
ground/dark type

ratteliate
ground/dark type

Badgerate looks like a plushie!!!!!
The second stage looks a bit more aggressive, so I'd say high Speed, high Attack, and maybe high Special Defense to add more variety.
Badgerate: 45 / 70 / 50 / 45 / 60 / 75 (total: 345)
Ratteliate: 70 / 90 / 70 / 65 / 85 / 95 (total: 475)

kwifin
water type

mistale
water type

I'd say bulky pacific whales? So high HP and defenses.
Kwifin: 90 / 50 / 70 / 50 / 75 / 45 (total: 380)
Mistale: 120 / 80 / 100 / 80 / 105 / 55 (total: 540)

shebae
water type

carisea
water/fairy type

The size and cuteness suggest low stats, a bit like Finneon.
Shebae: 60 / 40 / 45 / 60 / 45 / 40 (total: 290)
Carisea: 85 / 65 / 70 / 85 / 70 / 65 (total: 440)

kwifin's a dolphin, by the way... mistale's the whale... nalorpi & brawcorpi are scorpions :>

levereeze
dark/flying type
Is this a flying bunny? This is super cool!
So your Pokédex entry says that it eats other Pokémons' eggs, so I assume it is not a unique Pokémon. That's a pity because it has this cute / mystic look of a Mew or a Manaphy, you know?
If it's the Mew of your region, then its stats would be very easy: 100 everywhere (total: 600).
As it's designed to be non-unique, I'd give it high Attack and high Speed, and very low other stats: 72 / 101 / 50 / 64 / 61 / 110 (total: 458)

slitherebble
poison/rock type

cobrock
poison/rock type

rockalisk
poison/rock type

I could see this line being the semi-legendary Pokémon line of your region (the likes of Tyranitar or Dragapult). The Rock-type suggests high bulkiness and the "blades" on its body suggest high attack, so I'll go along these lines.
Slitherebble: 58 / 70 / 65 / 30 / 57 / 20 (total: 340)
Cobrock: 68 / 80 / 75 / 40 / 67 / 30 (total: 400)
Rockalisk: 108 / 120 / 115 / 80 / 107 / 70 (total: 600)

If this is too powerful, just substract between 10 to 20 in every stat of Rockalisk (the preevolutions have "normal" stats).

Fiprico
fire type

Crisomba
fire/fighting type

Looks like a Pokémon from the start of the game. I'd go with a lower total than usual. I can't relaly choose between Attack and Special Attack so I'd give a bit of both :P
Fiprico: 54 / 69 / 47 / 67 / 45 / 53 (total: 335)
Crisomba: 74 / 89 / 67 / 87 / 65 / 73 (total: 455)

more coming, whenever :3

batako
fairy type

pluyaki
fairy type

I'm hungry now :P
The comparison with Milcery/Alcremie is inevitable, so I'll just take their stats and swap physical and special stats ^^
Batako: 45 / 50 / 61 / 40 / 40 / 34
Pluyaki: 65 / 110 / 121 / 60 / 75 / 64

fulpura
fire/water type

It's a Pokémon that imitates food, so its typing looks strange too me XD
Basically it's a small Pokémon, and you say it likes to scare people. So I'd go with high Special Attack, and low other stats.
Fulpura: 55 / 57 / 50 / 105 / 52 / 41 (total: 360)

rasili
ground/grass type

Same remark on the typing ^^
It's a cake that attacks people if they waste food so I'd go with high HP, high Attack, low rest.
Rasili: 98 / 90 / 50 / 54 / 70 / 41 (total: 403)

Plamoch
fairy type

Their size change depending on how much they eat (just like me :D). I'd go with high HP, average defenses and low rest.
Plamoch: 110 / 42 / 75 / 43 / 78 / 42 (390)

riverelp
water/dragon type

wyverench
water/dragon type

Soakragon
water/dragon type

Three-stage line, I wouldn't see these as the half-legendary Pokémons of your region (like Tyranitar, or Dragapult). So I'd go with a total around 500.
I'd give them high HP and high Speed, and maybe a not-so-far Special Attack.
Riverelp: 60 / 55 / 40 / 40 / 40 / 60 (total: 295)
Wyverench: 80 / 70 / 55 / 50 / 53 / 72 (total: 380)
Soakragon: 110 / 100 / 75 / 60 / 73 / 102 (total: 520)

One more piece of advice: when we are done with all these stats, you should try to balance out the number of physically offensive and specially offensive Pokémons, as well as the number of physically defensive and specially defensive Pokémons. You could just swap stats.
