Never How often d'you Stndard battle, In like every tourney on here I Have to run OU's as Using UU/NU is as good as a los the good players are very good at using OU's and They use standard ones at first I felt this a bit cheap but then I remembered "If you cant beat cheap OU's how come you werent Prepared" ~Some guys Sig who had it quoted from some guy (Roshi I think)

In a few years?! It's already starting to happen. Clearly, you're not very observant.

As far as Arceus goes, Paralysis/Sleep always helps. The only reason that doesn't work is, depending on what poke you're tackling Arceus, you may need Quick Claw, which is banned from normal play. God forbid anyone uses something that MIGHT give them an advantage.

Actually, I'm pretty sure when you apply a vitamin it applies all EVs in that stat, so you could just get your Pokemon up to 251 in a stat (Without Pokerus or Macho Brace or anything like that), then use the Vitamin and it should apply everything.

Haven't tried it though so don't take my word for it.

Vitamins only work for EVs of 100 or below. :( So that wouldn't work. Once you get equal to 100, by normal means or through vitamins, vitamins will no longer work.

And I'm obviously wasting my breath with this whole argument with you pokemonleaguechamp. If you won't believe myself and Ooka of all people, I'm pretty sure you won't listen to anyone.

I believe we were having an argument. I stand on one side of the tier discussion, where you stand on the other. We both support (or attempt to) our opinions (or facts) that are for our side of the stance. If that's not an argument, then what is? I think that you took the meaning as an aggressive approach, which is not what I meant.

Yea I noticed, it annoyed me because I put it on mine first because it was what it was, then Arceus copied (as is his habit, his original BF OP used to be a carbon copy of Aero's old Aero League OP). No idea about the TD one; not even sure how they were allowed open that again without the owner specifically handing it down to someone.

I've been waiting for someone to make some sort of remark about TD. The fact remains the original owner went AWOL, and the mods gave permission to reopen as long as whenver SD comes back he regains control. Its a good thing too have some new leagues because the old ones were dying, plain and simple.

Hey Arcanist...don't run Meteor Mash and complain when it misses lol. I never run it in my Gross sets. I' had it miss FOUR times in a row once...so I stopped using it.

The reason a lot of the old ones die out is because either they aren't good, they aren't being run properly, or there is no interest. TD may have initially has a spike of popularity but that soon wained and it was constantly on and off hiatus. That being said, considering there was already too many leagues, losing old ones does not mean they have to be replaced.

Team Destiny at least was UNIQUE, compared to many threads that are carbon copies, and had active and filled leaders. Heart & Soul League is an example of a good league because..well, it is the biggest league here. Other leagues were inventive, but failed to keep active leaders. No active leaders = no active thread = dead )=

TD was hardly original. :/ It's still a "Face my gyms which are all assigned a type, then face the higher up people who each have types, then you win!" type gym. It was just cloaked with the mask that was different positions. If you narrow it down to the core, it's essentially the exact same thing as all the rest. This is just how I see it however, if you disagree, you disagree and I won't argue that.

Original leagues are pretty much impossible. It's either use specific types, or use no specific types. I personally feel the only reason there's more than one surviving is because there are lulls in activity in one or the other league at a time, so people congregate to the more active league at the moment because they want to battle with a reason (obtaining a badge).
