Best browser?

Wow... you only got two open. ;P

And that font is impossible to read... @.@

I couldn't live anymore without my tabs... and the bookmark toolbar! That's a big plus for FireFox IMO too.

But really, what's the point of tabs in a Windows Browser?
The habbit is to look to the taskbar to switch windows, or else use Alt+Tab.
Tabbed browsers just make no sense to me, as they force you to relearn something you've known how to do for years.
Normally I agree with you, but bleh I couldn?t live without tabs loading in the background. I hate a cluttered taskbar and XP?s grouping really doesn?t aid in that. I open a lot of pages at a time and like to through em one by one, using a mouse gesture to close and go on to the next. That?s why I use MYIE2 in the first place. I don?t know, I guess sticking to one window at a time is okay, just seem inefficient to me when I can drag some links and have them be loading in the background. =\

Eh I'd have to say IE is the best out of the two ones I use *is forced to use AOL* I would try this Firefox but it most likley cost money which I don't have so I'm stuck with AOL and IE.

Yes, it's completely free... and the new version is a pretty quick download too.

(If anyone has a installer for 0.8 let me know - I'd love to go back to it... >>)

I'm already loving Firefox the tabs are so cool, I may neve use AOL again althoguh I have to have it on for the internat connection >_>.

That sucks... >_>

Just minimize it and pretend it never existed. :P

*bleh* *scrolls down*

I hated Firefox. It's new window thing didnt open in tabs and ijust all out didn't like it

Opera has the evil ad of doooom and is to busy

IE is evil

MIE2 i had for about ten min til i went back to Avant and it was pretty cool

Avant is cool for me, tabbed browsing, nice and neet. One window, i just like it alot. And no it dosnet crash a lot. Oh and it keeps your windows open unless you physcically close it =3

Not really... it's pretty good for simple tasks, but if you want it to do more it can be pretty powerful.

And the download size is pretty good too, for such a good browser. (Even if it does have ugly buttons)

Edit:
I hated Firefox. It's new window thing didnt open in tabs and ijust all out didn't like it
The target="_new" opens in a new window, like the code tells it to do. o_O And you can CTRL-click or Right click on the link to get it to open in a tab.

I'd like to see target="_tab" someday which would open in a new tab for browsers that supported it, and opens in a new window for those that don't.

I liked Avant too but it crashed too much on my computer. It happened like at least 3 times a day. Now that I have Linux, and I can't run Avant.

Avant Browser is what I use too. It works well for me, but like it's already been stated in crashes alot. I get like one bad day a week of the browser crashing. It crashes from nothing though. When its "stuck" I look in the task manager and there is mysteriously two instances open, that messes it up for me and it crashes.

I like FireFox the best, but when I got my new comp, it doesnt work so alls i can use is IE :( :( :(

It should work... you try redownloading it?

And I've never used Avant browser... I may try it out some day if it's free. =/

Avant Browser is Free... ^_^

Maybe you need to enable it by using Permissions in SP1. To do this, click Add and Remove Programs in the Control Pannel, click Set Access and Permissions and Scroll down and click Firefox and click show this program or allow use of this program.
