I learnt that too, sleeping odd hours intensifies my depressive states. 7am-11pm are good hours for me. Speaking of which it's that time now, goodnight :)

It's the Vitamin D. I used to be the same exact way, honestly. I was nocturnal, but I was always depressed, and it was because of the lack of Vitamin D I was getting. I was white as a ghost, too. Scared people.

Now I'm all buff and tan and not fat and pasty, so I naturally feel better (with plenty of sun).



Twiggy, I suggest getting some caffeinated beverages and sticking out through the next day, then crashing at a normal bed time. That's how I always do it. :P
