Best New Evolved Form

Mismaguis and Weavile, definitely. Two of the few gen 4 Pokémon that actually look great, and evolutions of awesome gen 2 Pokémon as well.
 
Yanmega FTW

he has great stats and he's cool
 
Togekiss. Togetic's statline and movepool are nothing compared to that of her older brother.
 
WEAVILE.<3 I love Sneasel, so and evolution is awesome. I also like Togekiss, even though it makes a terrifying cry.
 
Electrivire is sexy and nothing else should be brought forth to back up my post.

Froslass ; It's really great in competitive battle, and it's looks are unique yet simple. Very beautiful Pokemon.

Roserade ; Amazing Sp. Atk sweeper, and also looks amazing. Even it's shiny colors are epic.

Weavile ; I'm extremely happy about this one. Sneasel was awesome by itself, but needed a bit of a boost. Weavile did that in style~

Mismagius ; The same reasons I love Weavile are applied here.

Gliscor ; Now this design and overall boost is a very nice application to Gligar.
 
Porygon-Z would have to be my favorite, Porygons have always been one of my favorite pokemon.
