    what do bitter items do wen u use them on a pokemon.

    (i dont know if this goes here or in the ruby/saphire section?)

    this should definitely be moved somewhere in the games section...

    Bitter items, in addition to their main effect, lower the pok?mon's happiness level...that's all that's special about them really

    own thats pretty bad, i bought about 50 of these bcuz of their low prise of 800$. well thats not too bad, my pokemon love me too much....or do they*screen moves to my pokemons hide out where my pokemon plan to drop an atomic bomb on me*

    The only upside to bitter items are that, I suppose, you will be able to use the Frustration TM effectively...but since when has Frustration ever been a good move? Might as well train it well so it likes you...it has so many more benefits.

    In the end Frustration and Return will have 102 power, depending of course on it it's affection value is 0 or 255. Really for battling there's not any difference. ^_^;
