Question: Black Card?

I've noticed over the last couple of days that whenever I post something, in the top right corner there is a small black card. Can anyone tell me what that signifies, and how other people have green cards?

If you need more detail, to enable it, go to Edit Option and check the box under 'Show Your Reputation Level'

You don't have to guess, you can check in the bottom of your User CP. >_>
