breed/catch need?

have you ever felt the desire to breed or catch many of the same pokemon? I'm currently filling up a box in my pc with turtwig and I have another full of unown (all diffrent forms).

unown I like, and they do all have diffrent forms, but I have a random box full of turtwig because I feel the urge to breed just that many. why? have you ever done this?

I did use your process at one point. I needed several Pokemon so that one of them would have the right nature, abilities and moves to make it a worthy contender for the Battle Subway. For an example I wanted to get a Timid-natured Joltik with the Compoundeyes ability.

I bred around250 Tyrunt eggs for a shiny. I also keep breeding Goomy despite having perfect Goomy already. They're just so fun to stare at.

I filled up a box with Latias once. She's my favorite.

No, no... breeding is not fun. I did catch a lot of Goletts looking for an Adamant, Iron Fist one for a friend, and spent time at some point later trying to steal a Light Clay from one. I never did get the item in Black 2, then about the only Golett I caught in Y held one. Hm.
