Teddiursa gets my vote. It's a more useful Pokemon, IMO. It's evolution is also very awesome. :3

Teddiursa is cuter. Just so much more innocent looking and so much more huggable. Ursaring is also a good pokemon to have. :)

Buneary is disturbing... Just very disturbing... Especially its evolution, which just scares me... :S

Opinions, hon. People have them.

I prefer Teddiursa, because... I just don't like Buneary's design. It looks like a common rabbit mixed with a poodle. Kind of ugly, actually.

I don't like Lopunny, it's sprite in DPPt makes me think that it's doing something utterly disgusting between it's legs and groin.
