The topic explains it all, we all love bunking :0 have any memories or any fun moment when you enjoed bunking or got caught ..? please share with us.

I enjoyed bunking a lot in my school but i hated to run in the washroom to hide. But anyway it was fun.

I only did it once, and I wasn't feeling that great abou going to school,
the only time mum lets us off is if i don't anything for breakfast...So thats quite easy.

I don't really bunk, I just pretend I'm ill and stuff..
Which makes it worse when I'm actually ill, and mum says I have had too many days off and have to go to school, which was not FTW.

Bunking = skipping class? We call it wagging lol.
Well, I skipped class a lot last year, didn't go to methods for a semester. Played around in the city and just passed. I should have failed on attendance, but the teachers love me :3
This year I've only skipped one class lol but I still miss a lot due to sleeping in.

Getting caught is no problem at all...I bunked for half a year and wasn't caught until the end.

What in the world is bunking?

Sleeping on one of these is the only "bunking" I know of.
    See the following post.

Jigging, wagging, truanting and so on. I never used to do it till my final year of high school, haha. I skipped classes all the time, mostly because I couldn't be bothered waking up in the morning. I didn't really do much though, just stayed at home and "attempted" to work on assessments, lol. I think I posted here a lot in that time.

We just called it skipping class at my schools.

I've only done it when my mother forced me to stay home for senior skip day.

We call it mitching. I don't do it because I'm a good student. ;p

I just fake sick instead. I would, but I wouldnt risk getting caught. =x

I've never bunked & I don't plan to. It's not worth the trouble that comes with it.

Above goes for me also. ;] I'd get caught easy anyway, and seeing as I'm quite geeeky, I don't want to waste my education :B

Whatever it's called (we call it skiving here.) I do it a lot. The teachers would have me sit in a class doing pointless work that will get me nowhere. Instead I spend the time doing something worthwhile. I never get caught when I'm skipping lessons at school; I do get an 'Education Officer' arriving at my house occasionally though when I don't even bother going into school. She just threatens me with fines. 3 years on, my attendance is no better and I'm still waiting for that fine...

Bunking? Wagging? Mitching? Wow, guess around my parts things are pretty simple. Just a simple, skipping class suffices for the act of doing such. We don't have any terms that mean anything, just straightforward and to the point.

As for Bunking, never. I like my education; I also don't think I could. The teacher asks is [student] here? Students will say yes. Teacher will call office asking, office will redirect them to their last period, last period will say that said they were sent on their way-- and well yeah. Certain peoples will go out and look, the only I could is if I got a distance off the schoolgrounds. :< But, I'd get in a lot of trouble on the returning day.

Lol, we just call it "skipping", as in skipping class. Makes the most sense to me XD

Never in high school, but I did it in college a bit. Only because the lectures for my history class were absolutely useless and I wanted to sleep, and sometimes if I didn't feel like waking up early.

We call it "ditching" or "skipping" here. I didn't do it in high school, because we could only miss three days a year without academic repercussions. I've done it a few times in college, but mostly because my alarm clock fails at life.

    same.
i used to skip all the time and i never got caught....but that was back when i was really popular in school and had damn near perfect grades....now that i no longer try i got caught the other day.....but no punishment because that was my first offense...

I just skipped school yesterday because I had to bring most of my files to school and I couldn't be bothered... (my files were almost empty btw)

Sorry but i dont want to make bad things.. because my mom would kick me :3

Skipping school? No, not ever. And I don't think I ever will. It's a waste of your time, you are in school for an education, not to go and do whatever you want.

I've also never had a drink of alcohol, done a drug, or been to a party. A lot of people say I don't have a life, well check back in ten years, and we'll see who has the life.
