Can You Use Chopsticks?

I can do it a bit. There is Chinese blood in my family, so I've used them quite a few times.

Yeah, I learned. My Dad taught me when I was eight, or something. I wanted to learn simply because I loved Japanese culture. (Still do.) They can be very frustrating sometimes, though. >>

For me, chopsticks = blunt skewer. I've used them before, and can use them, but they're so unwieldly and inconvienient compared to the fork that I don't bother.

Yes! Sometimes I stab things for fun with them, but I can. Pretty good, actually.

I usually use a fork and spoon and stuff. Even at resturants with chopstickkys only. XD

I can, not perefectly though. And it requires solid food, any other is a no-can-do. Must practice more :bandit: Kidding aside, I enjoy more eating with fork and knife, much more stability there.

However, my sister has tried (and did pretty well o_O) eating ice cream with chopsticks.

I can use them, but only with big lumps of food. Usually I hold them wrong too.

Yes, I can use them. My grandma taught me how to. If it's unstabbable food like noodles, I use it properly. If it's stabbable food like steak, I stab with my chopsticks and eat.

I'm part Vietnamese (ok half, my mom is Vietnamese). So yea I can use chopsticks, and I can use them every well I might add. Noodles, rice (yes that's right, I can eat rice with them XD), meat and all that other stuff I can eat with chopsticks.
But my brother on the other hand, well lets just say he might be better off holding one chopstick in one hand and the other in his other hand. XD

Chopsticks and me don't mix too well. Every time I try using them, I end up just going back to using a fork instead, as it's much easier for me. :/

I LOVE to use chopsticks! ^^ My grandfather went to Japan, and he brought back a very nice pair. I've become pretty skilled with them. I used them for ramen the other day. I like 'em for rice too.
