Chansey

Actually, I agree with the egg theory. It looks very much like a giant pink egg thing. XD Seriously, I think it's just supposedly to be a blob-type egg Pokemon that lays even more eggs.

Although how does anyone know if they're eating a regular egg or a baby Happiny egg? O_o

Chansey's an ostrich? lolwut

Well I have no idea what she's based on, but definately not ostrich. The only similarity between them is that they both lay eggs. Or is there a new kind of short, fat and pink ostriches with no feathers, small feet and arms?
Chansey's just a pink... Egg thing.

Of course Rapidash isn't a ostrich.
It's a unicorn.
You completely missed the guy's point.

Chansey and the missing egg?

speaking of chanseys :P
What do you think what is inside those eggs that they always hold? o_o
Well, the move "softboiled" recovers half of the user's hp.
So, do they eat the egg or when they crack it open, a "wish" like move appeared? :D

about eggs:
How can a male pokemon, that doesn't have a female counterpart of themselves, like tauros and nidoking, lay an egg?
for nidoking, nidoqueen lost its 'virginity' XD meaning it can't breed. :O
and also Tauros' female version is a miltank? :l
hmm..... confusing... well for me that is.....
Q: How can Nidoking have egg moves?
this question always startle me, though.... :l

Chansey's a Pokemon was was based on a mythical creature than can lay eggs of happiness, or something like that.

If you breed Tauros and Miltank together, if the egg is female, it's a Miltank. If the egg is Male, it's a Tauros. Easy enough.

To have Nidoking/Nidoqueen with Egg Moves, I think you have to breed Nidoran Male with Nidoran Female, or Nidorino with Nidorina.

Chansey is an evil shark. )':

Chansey is just a large egg. Had a convo once about this, before.

Guys. Chansey itself is based on an egg. It's shape is based on an egg, it's a friggin' oval. D8 Chansey is an egg shaped Pokemon, and it holds an egg. Get it?

Besides, I'd like someone else to think of a real life animal that is pink and shaped like Donkey Kong's bowling ball.

It's impossible to tell the difference. Thus the rareness of that whole family.

An ostrich ? 1st of all Chansey doesn't have long long legs, and I shall go no further...:D:D:D:D:D

I think its based on an egg with tentacles sticking out of random places:D

Why would you consider Chansey as an ostrich o.0 She looks more like a giant egg herself.
