Send out Tailow
Tailow comes swooping out of his Poke Ball and slams Treecko with a Wing Attack. The two Pokemon both slam into each other with Quick Attack and send each other flying back. Tailow recovers first and Wing Attacks Treecko again. Ace grimaces.
"Not bad..." he throws another Poke Ball and another Pokemon emerges. "But I don't fight by the rules."

As Absol emerges, you release Mudkip to even the odds. Absol begins to charge an attack.
"Prepare for Absol's Razor Wind. Although it takes a while to charge, it's incredibly powerful and could probably take out either one of your Pokemon if it hits." Not good - the Razor Wind is almost fully charged. What should you do?

Your Options
-Wing Attack on Treecko, Water Gun on Absol
-Water Gun on Treecko, Wing Attack on Absol
-Quick Attack on both, to dodge their attacks
-Focus Energy and Bide!
-Use a Potion on Tailow

Wing Attack on Treecko, Water Gun on Absol
Tailow spears Treecko with Wing Attack, knocking it out. Unfortunately, the Water Gun flies into the now fully-charged Razor Wind, disintegrates, and the Razor Wind goes on to slam and knock out Tailow. It's now a one on one battle, Mudkip vs Absol. All of a sudden Mudkip begins to glow. It must've gotten a level-up after Treecko was defeated!

Defiantly Bide. He should be able to take the hit then deliver.
 
Use Bide!
Absol's Razor Wind slams Marshtomp, sending him flying backwards. He hits a table and disappears behind it.
"And that takes care of that." says Ace, starting to walk away.
"Marshtomp... Bide..." you say.
"Huh?" Marshtomp gets up and stands on top of the table. "Razor Wind!" A second Razor Wind slams Marshtomp. He is incredibly weak now, but smiling.
"Hey Ace, guess what? With the Bide attack, I get to pay you back double for everything you've done."
"No way!"
"Marshtomp! Unleash the Bide!" Marshtomp glows with a massive white energy. It blasts Absol, knocking it out instantly, and sends Ace flying backwards.
"Unbelievable... I lost..." All of a sudden, he regains his composure. He returns Absol and beins to walk away.
"Hey, aren't you gonna help fight Team Aqua?" you call out.
"I'll let you handle those losers. Even you can manage that, right?"

After healing your Pokemon, you approach the museum. A woman along the way told you that she saw Wattson fight his way in, but he was horribly outnumbered, and has probably already been defeated and captured. You have to go in, get Wattson and take out Team Aqua. What will you do?

Your Options
-The direct approach: Walk in the front door with all guns (or Pokemon) blazing.
-The sneaky approach: Sneak in through the back of the building.
-Attack from above: Smash you way inside via the roof.
