Choose - Your own adventure! [Hoenn]

Head to Petalburg!
You decide to set a course for Petalburg for your third Gym challenge. If only you had a boat. You take a look around Dewford but can't see any - Alphard seems to have long since left. Marshtomp and Tentacool can't really take you such a long distance with the move Surf, but there are two of them, so they may be able to do it if they took turns. Tailow doesn't have Fly and can't support you over a long distance. So you seem to be kinda stuck. What do you want to do?

-Check out the beach.
-Ask around the town hall again.
-Try to get across with Marshtomp and Tentacool
-Wing it, quite literally, with Tailow

Let's try Town Hall. Maybe they wont hate us considering we saved the Champion and Gym Leader.
 
Ask at the Town Hall!
You can't think of any viable ways to leave the island so you decide to go back to the town hall to gather information. Since saving Steven and Brawly, the townspeople don't seem to be worshipping you as a hero or anything, but at least seem willing to talk to you again.
"Well, a ferry leaves the island once a week... but that left this morning, so you'll have to wait a week for it to come back. Otherwise, I heard a boat was sighted behind Granite Cave - maybe you should look around there?"

You're strolling around in the area behind the cave when you hear a screech. What do you do?

Follow the sound!
You decide to follow the screeches, leading you to a Pokemon trapped underneath a rock.

"Wing..." says Wingull weakly - it's trapped underneath a rock. Marshtomp knocks it away with Mud-Slap and you look down at the battered Wingull.
"Peeko!" comes the voice of an approaching old man, "Peeko m'darling! I was so worried! Thank you, than you, for helping her, lad." He quickly bandages Peeko's wing.
"Uh, no problem."
"The name's Mr Briney. Now tell me laddie, did you happen to see where those scoundrels went?"
"Nope... you mean the people who did this to Peeko?"
"Ar. I think they mentioned they were Aqua something?" So not only were Team Magma on the island, but Team Aqua was too - maybe after Team Magma. "Well laddie, I'm in your debt. If there's something me or my ship can do for you..."
"Ship? You have a ship? I need a ride to Petalburg!"
"That's all? Piece of cake. We can get you there in no time, right Peeko?"
"Winggg..."

As the boat heads on to Petalburg, you decide to use the time to fish for new Pokemon, fish for items or treasure dropped at the bottom of the sea, or train your team.

Training Session!
You decide to train up the Pokemon you already have, and increase each of your Pokemon levels. Tentacool learns Acid, Sableye learns Fake Out, and Tailow starts to glow...

Before too long, Mr Briney hits land just to the west of Petalburg, and within 5 minutes you've entered the site of the third Gym! Although Petalburg isn't the biggest city you've ever seen, there are several things you can see here, although you only have time to visit one place before the Gym. Where do you want to go?

Im not sure how the pokemon are I'm assuming there healthy and all good for some exploring so i say lets hit the mansion
