True, i didn't look before hand but still Right Cup. Just to hurry things along.
Btw it is a classic thing that they secretly take the prize out so maybe release sableye to hold him down while we check the remaining cups to see if we are getting cheated or really unlucky.

You confidently raise the cup on the right... to reveal a piece of paper. 'You Lose'

"Haha!" laughs the magician. "Looks like it's not your lucky day, kid. And now for your penalty!" Penalty? "Why, that lovely Pokemon egg will do!" Before you realise what's happened, a Pokemon has grabbed the Pokemon egg from your bag.

The Banette drops the egg into the magician's hands. You pick up the other two cups - both have messages saying 'You Lose'. You've been tricked.
"The whole game was just a distraction while we stole that egg. If there's a rare Pokemon in there, we can make a fortune!" The magician pulls off his disguise.

It's the same kid who stole your money back in Lavaridge.
"You've just been bamboozled by Koichi, the greatest ninja ever!" he says proudly. Until next time, adios!" He returns Banette, sends out a Golbat, grabs its leg and begins to fly away, Pokemon egg in hand. What will you do?
Your Options
-Grab onto Swellow and follow!
-Swampert! Attack them!
-Espeon! Attack them!
-Get back to Phil at the Lavaridge police station!
-Forget it. It's just an Egg.
Grab onto Swellow and Follow!
You send out your own Flying-type Pokemon, grab a leg and take to the skies. Except without the power to use the Fly move, Swellow isn't used to carrying people. It flies noticeably more slowly than usual and it's clear that Golbat's getting further and further ahead.
Several minutes later, you can hear Swellow panting, and you've totally lost sight of Golbat.

You wander around for a while more, looking for the Ninja Boy, without any real hope of getting your egg back.
As you're wandering around however, you discover the Ninja Boy, groaning on the ground. Banette and the egg are next to him. You pick up the egg and place it safely in your backpack. But what happened to the kid?
"Hey... help... big... Pokemon... wiped me out..." he mumbles. You hear a strange noise and look up to find the culprit.

You've heard of Claydols before - they like to Selfdestruct at the slightest provocation. And with Claydol hovering right above Koichi, the kid's gonna be bearing the full brunt of the blast if you try to attack it... What will you do?
Your Options
-Leave. The kid's a thief.
-Swampert, blast away!
-Espeon, blast away!
-Kirlia, try Teleport!
-Sableye, Fake Out!

"Sableye, let's go!" Sableye emerges and slams Claydol with Fake Out, as usual.
"Shadow Ball!" While Claydol is flinching, Sableye throws the Shadow Ball at it, and it goes skidding backwards, away from Koichi. "Sableye, finish i-"
"Claaaayy..." comes a voice from behind you. Uh oh. Looks like Claydol has a friend. Before either you or Sableye can turn around, the two of you get blasted off your feet by a Sandstorm attack. The two Claydol nail you and your Sableye to the ground by continually blasting you with Sandstorm. You're pinned down, and can't reach your other Poke Balls. Suddenly, the wind picks up, and a Pokemon blasts the two Claydols away. You look at the Pokemon who saved you.

"Twapinch!" It says, happily, waddling up to you. Could this... be the Pokemon from your egg? You look into your open backpack - no egg.
"Hey little guy - you came from that egg, huh?"
"Twap!"
"Claaaay..." The two Claydols are advancing, angrily. You throw a Poke Ball.
"Swampert. Surf." Swampert emerges, and blasts the two Claydols with a large tidal wave. The two fall over, knocked out.

"Hey wait up!" It's Koichi, the ninja boy. "Thank you thank you thank you! Please take this!" He hands you the Fly HM. "That was incredible! The Claydols were all like 'whoosh' but you were all cool and sent out that Swampert and was like like 'swish' and they were down in one hit! Please, please, please, allow me to be your apprentice!"
we could use the help, but it could be a trap, so we have to watch out... although he seems sincere, he DID give us the HM after all...
(also: I go by the 3 strikes rule, so far, he only has 2, so we be nice, one more and *runs finger across neck*)
also, woah, from lvl 5 to lvl 12!?!? (trapinch) what a jump IMO
