Yes. First floor, zombies can easily strike. I don't wanna go beddy-bye only to wake up to having a decaying body eating me. I'd have nightmares forever ;;
 
You decide to scout out the hotel. You get to the second floor and search the first room you get to. You find a pistol in a drawer. You take it and hand the shotgun to the man that has since been with you. You're getting very tired and it's starting to get really dark outside.

A. Rest
B. Force yourself to stay awake and continue on

The brain and body need to sleep. If you don't sleep, then you'll probably run out of energy really fast and make stupid mistakes. Besides, it's not like you can't put stuff in front of the door and barricade the windows (if any), unless of course Nemesis is following you or something.
 
You decide to rest. You lay down in the bed and, surprised by how soft it was, instantly fell asleep. You wake up a couple hours later in a run-down room. A girl's voice rose up, "The minute we got here, you feel asleep. I didn't want to disturb you." You look up and see Erika. It was a dream. Erika being bitten, the hospital, the man, it was just a dream. "Let's explore this building." you suggest to Erika. "It won't be any good. I've already searched this place top to bottom. I've found everything." Erika points to a corner with a pile of weapons and some backpacks. You then have an idea. You tell it and your dream to Erika. "So you want to go to the hospital and search for a man on the fifth floor and check out where 'I' got dragged off?" she asked. you reply with an affirmative yes. "So which do you wanna check out first?" she asked.

A. Check out the building where Dream Erika was dragged into
B. Check out the hospital

I honestly gotta go with A on this one. I dunno why.... just a gut feeling. Seems like there'd be something very important occur where she was dragged to, and hospitals are generally zombie headquarters aside from graveyards (morgue, duh =b)


But yeah.... gotta give in and say A

You tell Erika you want to investigate the building where "she" was dragged into. You approach the abandoned building, looking for signs of the tongue. As you enter the building, a fog starts to appear, limiting your visibility. You hear sounds all around you that sounds like scratching on the wall. you come near a door that you presume leads to a closet. As you approach the door, you hear mysterious sounds coming from within. Your curiosity tells you to open the door and have a peek, but your common sense says don't.

What do?
A. Open the door and see what's making the sound
B. Ignore it and continue on
