Hi I'm back to this thread!!And One more doubt...Some times that green Dot for reputation has different colors??WHY!
One Dark Green,1 Light,1 medium!!Why???And how much Rep should we have so there can be one more dot!!And do they mod people based on their Rep!
    Just My doubts!

If the rep box color shows up as grey then it means some one that is a new member or has a real low post count gave you that rep (meaning you didn't get any points or they didn't take any points).
If the rep box color shows up as green then it means some one gave you a good rep point on that post.
If the box of the rep block shows up a red then it means it's a bad rep point (meaning some one took point(s) away on that post).

There is only one green color to all the rep.
To get two blocks you got to have 150 rep points.
And no we don't Mod people because they have a high rep (if we did then there would be 500 Mods on PC because members would just get a ton of friends together and give each other good rep points).

Yes, for two blocks you need only 100 rep points (good of course^^).
BTW, congratulations, Togepi! You joined few days ago and you have two blocks. I think, its a first time when someone got two block so quickly.

    ...now I just have to wait to get 3 blocks. ;.;

    *7 character*

It would appear that it's changed, I guess...at 50 points, "obvious road not too far to victory" changes to the halfway to the next level ranking of "will reach victory soon enough" so I guess it's 100 o_O;; *shrugs*

Erm, sorry to go off topic or to ask something that might have an obvious answer but what did you mean by "*7 character*"?
I use it to get past the stupid character limit.

(Actually, it's a dare. I'm supposed to put it at the end of all my posts)

    *darn character limit...*

It is 100. Every 100 points you get a new block. Atleast that is how it worked with mine and others.

How do you know how many points you get from a person? How is that determined? I've gotten postivie responses, but sometimes they are grey boxes, so I have no idea what that means. :\
You don't know how many you get from each (only way for a member to know is to have the number of your points, then when you get a new rep you subtract your new rep from your old one and then you will find how many you get). The only other way is to look in the Admin CP and see what the rep was.

It is determined by a few things. Join date, post count and their own rep count.
Join Date: For every 100 days some one has been a member of PC they will get one higher rep power (rep power is how much you can give or take from a member). So if you been here 300 days then you will be able to give or take 3 rep points.
Post Count: For every 500 posts you will be able to give or take a rep point. But even if you have been on PC a year or longer you have to have atleat 50 posts before you can give or take points (so even if some one has been a member for 100 days but have no posts the box will show up grey).
Own Rep Points: Even your own rep adds to what you can give or take to other members. For every 30 rep points you will get one higher rep power. So lets say you have 60 rep for yourself. Then you will be able to take or give 2 points on that member. But you have to have atleast 10 rep points or it will show up grey like the 50 posts thing.
And remember all them things add up to a higher rep power. Like if you have been here 100 days, have over 500 posts and your own rep is 30 then you will be able to give or take 3 rep points.

And to your last question about grey rep boxes.

If the rep box color shows up as grey then it means some one that is a new member or has a real low post count gave you that rep (meaning you didn't get any points or they didn't take any points).
