I already have come up with one, and have been thinking about this concept since Pop Team Epic's story time episode "Don ca * Sis"...
"My Mother is the Same Age As Me!" (Ore no haha wa boku to onaji nenreidesu!)
College student, Akane Kurogane is 24, has a crush on his classmate, Toukou Shirokane. He finally works up the nerve to ask her out, but is shocked to learn she is engaged, and is getting married soon. Two weeks later, he comes home to a surprise...Toukou is now his...stepmother?! Akane now must cope with his crush suddenly being his mother... While Toukou must suddenly assume the role of a mom. Will these two young adults be able to deal with these huge changes in their lives?

Yeah, this would probably be one of this ridiculously situational comedy anime. Also, I picked the names at random, but I did do "Kuro and Shiro" on purpose. I think this would be wholesome, though, hopefully. I wouldn't put it past Japan to make an anime or light novel like this, btw.
