Yes, because judgments based purely on evidence are always completely shallow.


...Actually, that sort of proves my point: because you cannot see the other person's face as they post, you have no idea what that person is actually thinking while posting, which leaves you to make judgments immediately based upon your own interpretation of their posts, regardless of whether you are right or wrong in the sense of what was actually intended.

Oh man this is getting tense D=

As for house parties: no. I went to one when I was 16. My friends tried to make me drink alcohol, and they made me watch horror movies with them (parents wouldn't pick me up because I was being "a party pooper"). Not only do I not like alcohol, I had nightmares for weeks afterwards. Horror is my least favourite genre of film EVER due to my over active imagination.

Never going to a house party again. Also I've watched Skins. And eurgh.
 
Last time I went to a proper house party I was violently sick four times in a row, and I had to get picked up at 2am by my Mom. She thought there wasn't alcohol there, she found out. She wasn't that angry surprisingly :/

Maybe we should just set the general topic at whatever the normal DCC is talking about, from now on, heh.

Speaking of...

I am never going to drink any alcoholic beverages in my remaining year(s). Aside from the biological-consequences-now-mixed-with-propaganda, I had a sip of wine once when I was younger, and almost immediately turned ill.

The Geography teacher I had in my last two years at school - her fiancé is allergic to alcohol. He goes into anaphylactic shock. Unfortunately for him, some people think spiking drinks is funny.

Or they just find putting people into shock hilarious, which would not really surprise me. Still, it could always have been an allergy to something "harder" to avoid.

Sadly, this is very true. I get so disgustingly scared whenever I watch the news, Unsolved Mysteries, 48 Hours, 60 Minutes. etc. Just hearing about the things that people have done. I could never bring myself to hurt some in the brutal ways they have. I'm just in awe at how someone could justify such things to themselves. :[

As soon as Poem Of The Month starts, I'll be doing a lot more poem work so hopefully in a few months; I might even win it!
