Everyone good this evening?
I am so tired it is untrue. Will be crashing soon!

I much prefer Physics to Chemistry, personally. Our Chemistry syllabus has a stupid amount of content to remember in comparison to anything else.Bad times =[
Physics is a horrid Science subject. Chemistry is better though =D

My house is basically computer central. And no-one has the printer excuse because I setup both desktops to share their printers across the wifi. Which means I can print from bed with my laptop... :D
Haha, fair enough.
I just enjoyed the different elements and learning about them and the possible outcomes of mixing and all that jazz.
My room is pretty computer central; since I am the only one in my flat that is real decent with them. Haha.
My room currently holds 3 laptops and 1 desktop that are in full working order, as well as another 3 partially working laptops and a another desktop tower that I'm currently in the process or turning into a hackintosh.
And Chemistry seemed a lot more complicated for us. We had to remember quite a lot of formulae/equations, as well as the pH ranges of all of the different indicators and stuff like that.
Fair enough, I suppose. I still like having a desktop because it has more guts that any laptop, plus I can upgrade it, etc.I have a Mac, 2 screens, a TV and 2 printers. Haha.
I sold my computer tower because I don't need it anymore

Towers will remain supreme until the day we can have virtual interface super computers that we can wear on our wrists.
This is very true. The others that can beat it need a nuclear core to keep running and you also need access to a constant power supply. Haha.
Yeah, that said, laptops are more power efficient. My system's not too bad, but I'm going Crossfire very soon. That will push my Corsair 650W a little harder.
They will always remain supreme in the power department for a long long time I think. Not a lot can beat them and if you know how to build them. You can build a complete beast for about £600 - £800.
Yeah, well I work in a computer shop, so I know how to build them like the back of my hand, as well as getting parts cheaper.
What was your tower? I think we should get a computer pictures thread going in the Computer forum...I have never worked in a computer shop bilding them, but I have been building them since I was 16. Haha. So, like you, I know them like the back of my hand.
It must have been difficult to regress from that. I mean, your current laptop is really nice, but the desktop is still faster. My CPU is choking at 4GHz, lol.If I still had the pictures of my computer, I would =[
However, I do remember, obviously from building it! XD
Q6600 Quad Core, overclocked to 3.4GHz
4GB Corsair RAM
8800GTX Graphics Card
Coolmaster CPU fan (Was such a beast)
For some reason, that is all I can remember at this current moment in time. Forgive me, my mind is full of University work and hasn't got much room for remembering. Haha.

Actually, I know the feeling. I spent most of today with my Macbook plugged into my my LCD. I was just using MSN/forums and doing some designing, hence the benefits of OSX. It was only when I wanted to play some games that I swapped computers. To be honest, gaming is the only thing I do that really pushes either of these machines. Not really, because it is running smoother.
I needed to change from a desktop for a laptop because I needed mobility and I had it for a few years, so it was starting to conk out.
I love my Mac. Don't think I will ever go back to Windows. Saying that, I am posting on my Windows partition. Haha. I am using XNA and it doesn't support Mac. =[
