I always had silver because lugia is way cooler than ho-oh. Thtas why I get soul silver. :D
 
I got Silver in the original so I'll probably get HeartGold for next year.. makes sense =D
 
I've always preferred silver over gold, I can't really remember why, perhaps it was getting lugia earlier and being able to train it or maybe it was having access to growlithe instead of vulpix or something. All I know is that come September I'll be waiting around the mailbox (save for the day SL is released, in which case I'll be an hour away camping in my car)
 
It's frustrating because Platinum only got released a few months ago here.. & HG/SS are being released this year for you when it's not being released for us untill late next year >:

Just out of curiosity, Who is the "you" you're referring to in this. do you mean me, or those who live in Japan? (I live in the U.S., btw)
 
Or you could get it on your birthday if it comes out then. ;o

I hope it comes out in between February and March. Anytime between those two months are good with me. :)
 
I also had crystal, I liked suicune. But it soon got boring.
 
It sucks living in Australia when it comes to games. :[
 
I thought Australia got their games the same time as the US?

Well, not just with release dates. We miss out on a lot of bonus stuff, too. And Platinum came out in May for us, not March.

Oh, then that resembles the UK game times. Anyway, you guys have your special events, don't you?
 
We hardly get any at all, but yes. Sometimes.
 
Rarely we get them here.. like a level 55 dragonite xD Really crap events. Japan always get the best ones.
