Basically, all you do is sign up and someone will tell you what they want you to say (then you record and upload), it's as simple as that. :3

You have to contact Rukario to actually activate it. Since so few people use it, he doesn't just activate it for everyone, lol. Then he'll fill you in on how to use it.

I'm in the same boat as you, if someone was getting it on the irc and I was I on, I might consider getting it too, otherwise I'm not gonna bother.

I actually thought the webmail was exclusive for Tier 6 users. Hopefully when I get the chance I'll ask Rukario to activate mine. I want to set aside my gmail account for personal use only.
