Don't worry, I don't make an hack rom. I'm playng at your game and it's fantastic but i would have a shiny version of some digimon that I love. If you make shiny in your game i'm very happy!! Thank u for answer me. 😀

Sometimes during the Wallace fight, the game just glitches out and won't keep going.
Can't tell what's doing it, but it usually happens around Lucemon.

Thanks for your hard work! I can throw it in as a Mega Evolution option. Since you made the sprite, it's only fitting you get to choose how to obtain the "Gallantmonite" (or whatever I should call it). Where should I hide it? (For reference, the Mega Bracelet is obtained by gambling your ass off at the Game Corner, Dorumon's X-Antibody is obtained on the sunken ship, and Shoutmon's Xross Code is obtained from Prof. Cozmo in exchange for the meteorite)

Spoiler:

Hi! I have tried to download the last version of your game (2.0) but I can't apply the patch.
The file Digimon Aurora Emerald Version 1.0. Ups is missing. Can you help me with a patched version?

Absolutely love this game, so far, I have experienced a couple issues so far (this is my first post so I can't attach images). I am currently in Mauville City, and THIS IS SO MUCH FUN! taking away some name discrepancies.

Sorry, typo. The real name of the patch included in the link is "Digimon Emerald Project 2.0 Patch." The name "Digimon Aurora Emerald Version 1.0" is an old name from a beta version. I forgot to update the instructions readme.

Glad you're enjoying it. :) Mind describing the issues?

in Slateport if you talk to a character that looks like a boat Captain closer to the bottom of the Slateport map (not the beach front) it starts a Capt. Stern dialogue where he gets kidnapped- and it teleports you to the area with the submarine with team aqua and you can't talk to anyone- at this point it is a softlocke since there was no way to fix this by doing the normal story line

You're playing an older version. The most up-to date version is available for download on the front page.

Started playing last night on the latest version and noticed two common bugs, just wondering if these are known or if there is a fix for them. I am playing on the mgba emulator if that makes any difference.

The first is an issue where most of the text in the pokemon summary screen disappears, meaning you can't see its moves, ability etc. I have not noticed any reason or cause to trigger this bug, just seems to happen. This can also happen if a pokemon learns a move mid battle and will cause the battle text to bug out also with a weird pink box covering it, you can still select moves through this bug but you just can't see what you are selecting.

I'm not sure if this other issue is a bug or just an odd design choice but its very annoying, especially in combination with the text bug, but I have noticed that when learning a new move, rather than selecting what move to overwrite, it only lets me re order moves and then once I back out of that menu it will just overwrite whatever move is in the 1st move slot.

I can provide more details if required, would really love to resolve these issues since the game looks great outside of these two issues.

System requirements (VBA, MyBoy) are listed on the front page. :)

well, that is just awkward! my apologies and thanks for the clarification

Before getting 3rd badge- route 111 trainer hill- I entered it just to talk to npcs- and when leaving it takes me to the desert (close to being able to add pictures and could show. (Updated to the 2.0)

Okay I know you said there are no shinies, But I caught 2 kapurimon and haven't found out why the two dex entries have different colors on the entry number and one has a grid on the background of the sprite.

Again, old version.

Oh, that's weird. Must be a particular graphical glitch.

I think a few of the BSTs listed in the document are wrong. All of the Fanbeemon evolutions are weaker than listed in the document.
Such as Honeybeemon being listed at 480, but coming out to 425 BST. All of the final stages in that line are like that.
Just so I don't sound like a loon, I'm gonna make myself look like a loon and include my research that only a crazy person like myself would do.
(Level was gotten all the way up to 100 to make this easier.)
HP:
((IV + 2 * BS + (EV/4)) * Level/100) + 10 + Level = Stat
2 * BS = [Stat - 110] - IV - (EV/4)
Other Stats:
(((IV + 2 * BS + (EV/4)) * Level/100) + 5) * NV = Stat
(IV + 2 * BS + (EV/4) = [(Stat / NV) - 5] * 100/Level
2 * BS = [(Stat / NV) - 5] - IV - (EV/4)

HP:
2 * BS = [312 - 110] - 5 - (111/4)
2 * BS = (202) - 32 = 170
BS = 85

Atk:
2 * BS = [(228) - 5] - 8 - (222/4)
2 * BS = (223) - 63 = 160
BS = 80

Def:
2 * BS = [(204) - 5] - 20 - (116/4)
2 * BS = (199) - 49 = 150
BS = 75

Sp. Atk:
2 * BS = [(135 / 0.9) - 5] - 16 - (116/4)
2 * BS = 145 - 45 = 100
BS = 50

Sp. Def:
2 * BS = [(139 / 1.1) - 5] - 14 - (34/4)
2 * BS = 121.3636364 - 22 = 100
BS = 50

Spd:
2 * BS = [(200) - 5] - 7 - (73/4)
2 * BS = 195 - 25 = 170
BS = 85

BST = 85 + 80 + 75 + 50 + 50 + 85 = 425

I found and caught a Paledramon, which isn't in the Digidex doc and is listed as No. 302 same as Balucchiemon. Not sure if it was meant to be added or removed or something. Thought it was weird when i caught it that the dex gave me the entry for Balucchiemon, then said Paledramon was sent to the box (still shows as Paledramon in PC).

BST = 85 + 80 + 75 + 50 + 50 + 85 = 425

I'll look into it! Thanks for bringing this to my attention!

You're correct, the Paledramon line was scrapped because I thought the spritework wasn't up to snuff. Do you mind telling me where you found this rogue Paledramon?

This game is fantastic. Its a little too easy for me, but something as minor as personal preference is not a worthwhile critique. My biggest; and only real, problem with this game is the inability to find the Bukamon line. Meanwhile Tanemon can be found in the safari zone and Koromon can be found in the tail end of route 112. But Bukamon can't be found anywhere. I'm not completely done with the main story; currently in Victory Road, and while I haven't started trying to complete the Dex it is definitely on my "to-do list" for the game. But since I haven't finished the game, I can only realistically think its either available after the endgame (via the closed area of the safari zone or some sort of gift) or this is an oversight. I really do enjoy this game but the completionist in me is wanting to restart with Bukamon, since that would need to happen to complete the Dex. But I've made it as far as Victory Road, which has taken me an embarrassing 120+ hours to reach (I spent WAAAAAYYYY too long in the casino for the mega braclet and a couple leftovers haha).

Currently at the 6th gym but still wanted to compliment the developer for the amazing job, this is the first digimon rom hack that feels actually complete.
Are you planning to add item/TM locations to the document? I'm asking this because I found out that TM13 is not on the abandoned ship anymore and I can't find it
