Regigigas has an awesome cry imo.

Froslass. Her cry sounds so awesome and I send it out just to hear that elegant cry.

 

[Shrew]

Shinx comes to mind as one of the most pleasant to listen to. Really, any cry 4th gen and beyond sounds much better than gen1-2. (Not sure about gen 3.) They really need to remake the old cries.

Definitely Giratina's cry, and Arceus Cry.
Both of them are good for striking fear onto your oponents.

Without a doubt Arceus. It's also very fitting, as he's supposed to be the God of all Pokemon.
