I wish Ralts could be found more easily, without any change to it or its evolutions' stats, types, abilities, moves, etc.

Granted. Ralts is the only Pokémon you can encounter. Also you are unable to evolve it into a Gardevoir or Gallade. That'll teach you to give more love to Kirlia.

I wish the Kalos League was more challenging.

Granted. The ability is Truant, it stays a pure Normal-type, and its only boosted stat is Sp. Def.

I wish for new games in the Sinnoh region with a brand new story line.

Granted, the story fully consists of you getting your first Pokémon and ends afterwards.
