I wish I could actually play Pokémon Sword

Granted, but from now on Pokémon Sword is the only video game you can play for the rest of eternity. Even worse, your character is too young to have a Pokémon and will always be too young to have a Pokémon as they never age, meaning you will be stuck in the first town for the whole game.

I wish that the entirety of Pokémon Sword/Shield's overworld was an open world, not just the Wild Area.

Granted, it is now possible to exit outside the game hub.

I wish Secret Bazaars were easier to find in PMD.

Granted, but the Pokémon inside the Secret Bazaar are always hostile towards you, and as a result you can never use any of the facilities inside the Bazaar. Oh, and the hostile Pokémon will always be Level 100 and have permanent quadruple speed.

(There is actually an easy way to find Secret Bazaars btw, if you have the "Goggle Specs" item on your main Pokémon)

I wish that Exp Candies were in the older Pokémon games as well.

Granted, but due to the glitchiness of older games exp candies actually lower all experience gained and reduce your level.

I wish mega evolution was in gen 8.

Granted, but the game will alow you to Mega-Evolve a G-Max Pokémon with a Mega Form, such as Charizard and Gengar. Trying to do so will make the Pokémon so powerful that the game itself can't handle their overwhelming power, causing the game to crash everytime you Mega-Evolve a G-Max Pokémon. You'll never get to see what the G-Max Megas look like.

I wish that the Vs Seeker was in every Pokémon game, so that you could rebattle almost every trainer in the game

Granted. The more you fight a trainer, the less experience they give out because you fought them to the point they get too injured to fight you.

I wish you could choose to get a free legendary every time you gain 3 badges.

Granted, but the legendaries all have 0 IVS and are prevented from gaining EVs. They are also permanently stuck at level 1, only know Splash, and can't learn any TM moves. As well as that, there are no other legendaries to catch in the game.

I wish that there were weapons that Trainers could use against opposing Pokémon, such as a Boomerang.

Granted, the trainer will then be arrested for animal abuse immediately after.

I wish wild mons never ever ran away from you in Pokemon Go.

Granted, but if you take too long to catch them or if you run out of Poké Balls, the wild mons will eat your player character alive and you will be perma-banned from the Pokémon Go server.

I wish that there was more to the Castelia Sewers in Black 2 and White 2

I wish you could buy an actual balloon with Drifloon's face.

Granted, but you are only allowed to buy one of these balloons in your entire lifetime, and you may only keep it for one hour before the balloon bursts itself

I wish that you could buy Max Elixirs from Poké Marts

Granted, but the Pokemarts no longer sell any kind of potions to restore your hit points or items that heal status conditions.

I wish that AZ's special Floette with the move Light of Ruin had been distributed.

Granted. Eventually they lied about it having that move, and instead it has Splash, and that is the only move it will ever have.

I wish there was an option to completely skip dialogue in the main series games.

Granted, but choosing to skip the dialogue at any point will result in you losing all of your money and items, and the next game will have even more dialogue than the last game (sadly this part will probably actually happen)

I wish that there was some way to grow berries instantly

Granted. There is now an option for them to harvest immediately, then they grow mouths and eat you alive.

I wish you had unlimited storage space in PMD: explorers of sky.

Granted, but now it will cost you 100 Poké for each item you either store or withdraw. The cost affects every single Geo Pebble etc. as well, meaning that storing or withdrawing a stack of 99 will cost you 9900 Poké. Also, the more items you have in storage, the greater the risk that your storage space will be raided by thieves.

I wish that Kangaskhan had a pre-evolved form

Granted, but it has the same Base Stats as Sunkern and to evolve it, you have to solo each champion with their Pokémon on level 100 with it. Because only them you can become a parent.

I wish for Poison-type Pokémon based on old socks.

Granted, but the new Pokémon actaully starts as an item in the form of a sock that the player must wear in order for the Pokémon to be added to the party. Wearing the sock will poison the trainer, and the cure will cost you 1,000,000 Pokédollars. Without getting the cure, every Pokémon in your party will continually take damage when the player moves around.

I wish that the Rich Boy/Lady you battle on the third route in the Hoenn games didn't have Full Restores. (seriously, why do they have them)
