A little different from the normal set, but it works.

Salamence survives Volcarona's most powerful attack against it even at +1, then outspeeds due to Choice Scarf, and OHKOs with Stone Edge (which Volcarona has no hope of surviving).

First of all, Kingdra does not learn Dragon Claw so the 252 EVs it has on its Attack stat is useless.
