I kind of wanted to say this a few days and waited patiently for somebody else to do it. It didn't happen. pssst, timid 252 celebi reaches 328 speed (100 base says sup), hydreigon has 98 base and w/ modest hits a modest 295 speed (timid hits 324), so celebi still outspeeds it. Celebi can't really hurt it unless Hydreigon is at ~50%, with Celebi deciding to Nasty Plot on the switch, so you still win. /picking nits
