Hackers, strange dark-haired men that look similar in appearance to Scientists and Super Nerds, but carry around laptops and appear to wear broken glasses, crudely held together with tape.

Hackers mainly use severely under leveled fully-evolved pokémon, sometimes even pseudo-legendaries. Most hackers also have a Porygon-Z in tow, usually armed with Hyper Beam, which they won't hesitate to use. Hackers will infrequently use Full Restores to heal their Pokémon, similar to Ace trainers, and will also make their Pokémon hold pinch berries, though the berries they give are almost never beneficial to the Pokémon they're given to, and are mainly used for bragging rights.

Roller Derby skater. Use pokemon like Pikachu and Electrike which use Agility and Quick Attack.

Pokemon: Relicanth, Chinchau, Clampearl any pokemon found underwater.

How about Insomniac? They would have messed up hair and wear pajamas. Their pokemon would be those related to sleep or Pokemon with the insomnia ability. I.e. Snorlax, Noctowl, etc, etc.

* Would always be wearing glasses and have their hair in a ponytail; they'd always be holding a book and wearing white gloves. Book Keepers would only be female.

Pokemon Examples: Jigglypuff; Clefairy; Diglett

Class Dresser
* Would be wearing a button shirt with slick pants; their hair would be black and spiked a bit as well as wearing white gloves. Class Dressers would only be male.

Pokemon Specialty: Starters & Mascots
Pokemon Examples: Pikachu; Bulbasaur; Charmander

Just came up with a whole bunch in the past few minutes (some better than others):
Blacksmith - Steel and Fire types
Chemist - Poison type
Miner - Rock and Ground types
Gardener - Grass type
Surfer - Water type
Sir - Dragon type (used as the prefix for a knight, ex. Sir Michael. Thought of this one due to the "knights in shining armor" and their association with dragons)

Pirate: They would have a pirate suit on, eye patch, wooden leg and a Chatot on there shoulder.

Pokemon: Tentacool and Tentacruel.

OMG Season, your ideas are the bomb! Here are some ideas I have:

Zookeeper.
His Pokemon are always Johto/Kanto starters + Pikachu, Girafarig, Luxio, Luxray, and Seviper.

Ancient Person.
He would be found in a place like Ruins of Alph, in a side plot where you somehow meet the makers of the ruins. His Pokemon would be Unown, Kabuto, Kabutops, Omanyte, Omastar, Tyrannitar, Relicanth, Natu, Xatu, Feebas, Sandshrew, Cubone, Cranidos, Sheildon.

Museum Keeper.
They would be in a Museum. They would have the following Pokemon: Slowking, Kabutops, Omastar, Aerodactyl, Espeon, Umbreon, Smeargle (:D You saw it coming didn't you?), Aron, Baltoy, Claydol, Duskull, Porygon-Z.

Star Gazer/ Astonomer.
You would only find them at night on their backs (They'd need a special sprite for that ;)) and they would only battle if you'd talk to them. Here is a sample script:

"Wow, Mars is big tonight, and Orion is easily visible. Huh? A battle? Ok, but make it quick."
After Battle...
"You can always see Orion because of the three stars"

"Wow, that star is cool! See it?"
After battle...
"No, not that one! That one!"

They would have the following Pokemon: Cleffa, Clefairy, Ampharos, Togepi, Togetic, Natu, Xatu, Umbreon, Teddiursa, Ursaring, Porygon, Porygon 2, Porygon-Z, Sableye, Lunatone, Castform. If only he could get Jirachi :D
