Levitates various objects and matter in the area and flings it at the enemy. Second type varies depending on the Location, 20% chance to cause Flinching.

Ex. While surfing, the second type is Water, while in a cave it is Rock.

Type: Psychic
Focuses deeply to attack the opponents mind, very succeptible to attack while focusing. Lowers users Defense and Special defense by one stage each.

Name: Berserk Charge

Power: 150
Type: Fighting
Gives up thinking and charges at the opponent. Lowers users Special attack and Special Defense by two stages. Increases Attack by one stage.
 
Polar Blast

Attacks with sheer ice that may freeze the pokemon but user must need to recharge.

Quick Sand
Not an Attack

Sinks the foe into a vat of sand that leaves the foe's immobile for 2 rounds.


Drown

Accuracy: 30%
Type: Water

Foes will be subjected to water that will fill up and cause an instant 1 Hit KO.

Accuracy: 100%
Damage: 600
Pp: --
Effect: Can only be used when user has under 10% hp left
If hp is under 10%, the user uses all of his/her power and tackles the enemy.

A wave of boiling water falls upon your enemy. Has a 10% of burning the foe.

You plunder the enemy. If it holds an item, you have a 50% chance of stealing it.

Pulls a fish out of nowhere. Confuses both pokemon as they wonder where the hell that fish came from.

Physical

An ancient stone pillar arises from the ground to strike the foe. This move's power doubles when used in succesion (so if you use another move, it's power is reset). It's base power also doubles when Gravity is in effect.

*It's PP cannot be increased by PP Up or PP Max

Scanner Use

You're pokemon pulls a random scanner from somewhere equily random, and measures the opponent's stats. It then quintuples this, and does another check. If the power level is low, it is a OKAO, but if it is over 9000... then the user commits suicide.

ZOMG MUDKIPZ!
Type: Water. Effects pokemon with water absorb.
PP: 258
Power: 258
Accuracy: 258% (over 100% = more chance of hitting through Accuracy and Evasion modifyers.)
Learnable by: Mudkip. If it evolves, the attack is replaced by Splash (which still does nothing.)
Mudkip takes over the opponents mind, and DESTROYS them. 75% chance of raising all stats 6 times.

IMA FIRIN MAH LAZOR!
Type: Boom (new type, super effective against everything. Explosion and Selfdestruct change to this type, and Electrode, Ditto, and Unknown dual types this.)
PP: 6... It's all you need.
Power: OKAO.
Accuracy: Swift-like
Learnable by: Unknown and Ditto.
Okaos.

Move faster pokey!
Type: Protonjon
PP: 15
Accuracy: 100
Learnable by: Slow pokemon.
If the pokemon does not outspeed the opponent on the turn of this attack (factoring priority and boosts/drops), then the user will automatically outspeed the opponent for 5 turns, (again, factoring priority) and if the opponent is slower than the user, then HE will move faster for 5 turns.

Bad meme banishment

Learnable by: Anyone.
Will block the use of IMA FIRIN MAH LAZOR!, ZOMG MUDKIPZ!, and Power scan for the rest of the battle, or when the opponent (or team who used it) uses rapid spin.

Rock Reflect

Effect: Works in the same way as Reflect and Light Screen except it temporarily blocks entry hazards/stealth rock (undecided). Light Clay works with it.

Crumble
Type: Rock - Special
Accuracy: Never Misses
Power: 90
Surrounding Rock crumbles and fires at the oppenent from every direction. 20% Flinch Rate

BOOMERAANG!
Type: Water - Physical
Accuracy: 95%
Power: 60
Effect: 50% Chance of a critical hit, power doubles when opponent has more HP then user.

Seems over powered. you must at least add something bad to the user, like loseing 60% of health. i mean lets say you have a gengar and they honkrow. gengar uses Quick change to say a regice and regice destroys it. that will get annoying fast.

If it used in real world universe is broken! And I have a movie name idea for it: Pokemon: Destruction of Universe, in this movie Arceus fight against all legendary pokemon, Arceus almost dead, but in last time Arceus use Final Judgment! Universe is broken, and Ash go to heaven :)

Description: a black swirling fog that prevents any status effects that isn't already active. this move will K.O the user who uses it. This effect will remain for the remainder of the battle.
