Grain of salt: Not that well versed in Stadium 2 trainers. Has not faced them in ages.

Considers Typhlosion and Ho-oh together a little unnecessary. Pick one and drop the other.

Keep Snorlax. Learns Curse (via TM) and Rest. Take it slow and build up your boosts. Works well with Leftovers. Consider pairing it with someone with Charm (like Umbreon) to make Snorlax's setup easier.

Ought to have a good Ice move user. Could go with Gengar or Alakazam using Ice Punch. Handles Fighting types well in both cases, if you do not go with Umbreon (or even if you do). Leans towards Alakazam for the strong Psychic. Requires trade evolutions for both. Consider Slowbro, if that is an issue. Leans away from Jynx because of that awful Defense.

    Would drop Crobat and Espeon.
    • Crobat: No particularly strong moves or stats besides Speed. Absorbs Fighting moves well, admittedly. What then? Could Toxic something and confuse it. Eh.
    • Espeon: Learns Psychic and...what else? Bite? Double Team + Baton Pass? Would not be great with Charm, given its poor Defense. Hits very hard with Psychic, to its credit, but not much else.

Feels kind of eh on Tyranitar. Wants to set up, just like Snorlax. Suffers against Fighting types, also like Snorlax.

Another possible option: Scizor. Maybe impossible for you, given the evolution method. Turns pretty nasty with Swords Dance and potentially Double Team. Only fears Fire.

Keep an eye on the number of physical Pokemon and special Pokemon. Should not be more unbalanced than 2 to 4 (either way).

For a mainline Pokémon game that team would be fine. The Stadium series, however, are borderline troll games in terms of difficulty (scratch 'borderline' if you play with rental teams)

Ideally, you should have more than a team of six for Stadium 2, as you might not be able to deal with all the Muk that game throws at you once it gets hard. Not with that team at least:

[PokeCommunity.com] creating the perfect team in gen 2

As you can see, you have Water, Electric, and Rock type opponents unchecked. If you're going with only one team, you should drop either Ho-oh or Typhlosion.

Snorlax is definitely worth keeping on Stadium 2 since it's one of the best special tanks, and unlike Blissey can actually do damage.
Tyranitar I'd say it's also worth keeping because it's pretty unique with those stats, unique type combo, and a very valuable immunity to Psychic.
Espeon should work for some time, but in Gen 2 it basically gets outclassed by Mewtwo and Alakazam, which have access to good coverage moves.
Crobat is allways a decent pivot and support, being immune to Ground and poisoning, and double resisting Fighting, but without Fairy around it's usefulness drops.

But yeah, none of those Pokémon are individually bad, I'd say send more than only those six so you have more options to choose from. Otherwise that team looks like it's going to hit a wall sooner or later, especially if you intend to do Round 2.
