Daily Anime Chat Thread

I thought DBZ was alot more intense than GT so I prefered that

Just watched Evangelion: Death and Rebirth on DVD that I got. Pushed me to watching the series soon.

It did O_o, so its been out for a while then huh? Well if it's based off the series, it should be fun.

DBZ did have some good episodes, but I was able to follow the storyline of GT better since we didn't own everything of DBZ. So things got a bit confusing that way.
 
Can't find much time to watch anime, but right now I'm re-watching the .hack series for the biggest part. Why? Since they're just good to watch. I like the art of it and the events it centers around also ^^ *checks incomplete list* Hm...reminds me I have to finish Canvas2 soon also

I would buy it online if I could. Sadly, my parent's don't allow me to do such a thing. I guess I can just hope that they start selling it in book shops here...

Anyway, I'm currently hooked into the Bleach (anime), and Naruto and Fairy Tail mangas. I just started watching Bleach, so I'm not that far out in the series, but I find it really enjoying to watch.
 
Bleach eh? Well I guess it's cool but you'll have a hard time catching up where they are with airing now I guess :P I only have a few Manga comics on my computer. Since they don't sell it here either I'm kinda forced to get my needs by torrents ^^;;
 
I don't watch Bleach that much, but my brother wants to collect the manga, so if the series is good, I may watch it.

I used to love the .Hack series, though I haven't seen it in a while. How many episodes were there, because on TV they only play about five episodes and then repeat againa nd I'd like to see more.
 
.hack//SIGN had 26 episodes with two OVA, .hack//Intermezzo and .hack//Unison. .hack//Legend of the Twilight Bracelet had 13. .hack//Liminality had 4 episodes and .hack//Roots had 26 episodes.
 
Oh ok, I beileve I've seen .Hack//Legend of the Twillight Bracelet, that sounds the most familiar. Plus the last episode they always played before rerstarting again (if I remember correctly) Shugo and Rena were re-united and the bracelet brought them back to where they needed to be.
 
I think all those .hack// series end where they begun...in roots as example it's that Haseo has to start over from level 1 at the end -- and he started at level 1 as well in the begin of the series.

Also, .hack//legend of twilight bracelet = .hack//dusk, but you probably know already :P

I'm waiting for .hack G.U. if it's made into a anime once...I'd like to see how the saga of roots continues
 
G.U. won't be made into an anime. Roots is going to be the only anime part of that saga for now, if there is another anime, I doubt it'll be part of the main story.
 
T_T That's a pity. I've seen some G.U trailers and they looked very interesting to me (example like Azure Falme God). Also, I heard there was a manga called G.U. + out or something?
 
I've heard of it, I've never seen it though. From what I know of it, it's basically just the G.U. games in manga form with 2 volumes covering each game.
 
Takara, if I may insist, you need to see the Black Cat anime, even though they take the beginning of the manga series and completely mix it up. x_x It's a kind of spoiler but Train and Sven don't even know each other in the first episode. ;; It kinda stinks.

Oh, yeah, I just popped in randomly didn't I? My bad...^^; The only anime I've been watching for a couple of days now is Fullmetal Alchemist because I bought the complete series on DVD. haha.
 
Oh ok, then I definatley will since my brother is taking a liking to it and he already called it D= So Train and Sven don't know eachother O_o aww, I liked their relatioship at the beggining. But, I'll check it out anyway.

You got the complete series?! Lucky, I'm still working on it-I have a bit to go XD

That's probably true then.

I saw somewhere they're working on the 3rd G.U. game...it seemingly introduces Ovan's little sister 0_o

Yeah, it sucks a big one. ;; I loved Train and Sven's partnership in the manga, but for some reason, they changed it to where the beginning of the manga has Saya in it from when she first meets Train and then Sven meets Eve because Train is going to kill her, as the Chronos told him to. It's completely screwed up. D:

xD Yep, I'm lucky. A store in the mall where I live can get anything from Japan and usually gets it first. I bought Part 1 (1-24) and Part 2 (25-51) for about 86.99$, so its not too bad. I also have the Conqueror of Shamballa (normal version) and the special edition with two discs. D: I'll do anything for my FMA. <3
 
Aww, but Sven and Train do eventually know each other right? Well, that;s even weider because Eve came into the picture later with Train first right? XD I won't pile you up with anymore questions, I'll just get it XD (I just got money for babysitting so I could get it maybe) =D.

That isn't really that bad, figuring it's everything. I have normal Shamballa as well but I really want the special edition movie as well. What does the second dics have on it? Also, you claimed Lost Heaven as your song<3 I love the music in the series, it's so good.
 
Personally, I would just not watch the anime. It was cut down by like ten episodes or so, so the ending was pretty damn rushed.
 
Oh, that's a bummer, rushed episodes in general can get pretty annoying. Well, I'm buying something today, so I might be getting Fruits Basket or another case Closed dvd.

Fruits Basket, from what I've seen is ok, but since I have such a high opinion on the manga, I hope the anime series doesn't ruin it. I've seen some clips and It really wasn't that great.

As for Case Closed, I love watching because they're are mysteries to solve. But, some of the episodes can get a bit repetitive IMO. My favorite episode out of that series so far is the Knight Baron Mystery.
 
Read volumes 1 & 2 of .hack // Twilight recently and watched the anime

Now half watching Bleach, half drowning in revision =(
