I'm going to Penn State, and I think they require 4 years so I'll take them to be on the safe side.

Well, a school like that most likely would require that. Though I doubt that it has to be Spanish. It could probably be any foreign language, as long as you took 4 years.

Even if they only require 2 years, a little extra couldn't hurt. Being fluent in other languages looks very good on resumes and in Interviews. ^__^

and it's a really good skill to have when job-hunting, 9 times out of 10 bilingual employees are hired instead of plain english-speaking employees

I haven't taken a Spanish course since 2001, and I haven't been in an environment where I've had to use it a lot, so I've pretty much forgotten most of it.

But all this talk of Spanish has reminded me of this dude from Pretty Cure Splash Star:
