-MacGyver gives me a Roman shield built with a paperclip and a Coca-Cola can to defend myself from Elia's heelkick-

I also don't know most adjectives' meanings but I'm not from an ESL country.

English is my first language, and when natures were first introduced, I had to look up the meaning of some of them. ):

No kidding Shivi!! English just so happens to be my native tongue as well! Small world.

ffff

I wish English was my second language..

That would be that I would be able to speak another language besides it. Awesome. XD /shot

English is my first Language...

I have somewhat of an Jamaican accent though~

I wish French was my native tongue, but at the same time... I wish I lived in England (I always wanted to live there; it's a wonderful place, in my opinion. Having never been there, I should know about it more than those who have) so that kind of seems very difficult.

ohgod, I wish I had a British accent. @_@ I love them.

But that means that you would have had to study English XD And that can certainly be hard, I have been studying it for 14 years and I still fail at it sometimes XD

@ Went, did you know they added in over 2000 new words in the dictionary?

If English wasn't my first language, then I would love to have Japanese as my first language. Though, I'm very interested in learning Latin as another foreign language.

2000? Oh wow, where did they find so many new words? XD

And the only issue with latin is that its only actual use is academic :\ Unless you move to the Vatican, of course.

I'm wonderful at pretending I have a British accent. Speaking of that, I pretended I had that when I went over to college for the first two days and then I forgot the third day and it was just like "lolwut how'd you do that?!" from other people. Except, not really. I don't think they were as impressed as they made it out to be... even though it was only two or three people who said anything. Come to think of it, I only talked to two or three people while I was there... :(

You mimic a British accent? Fun. I'm awful at it. xD

(aaaaand I got a whole three posts in before leaving. Dx; later!)

Back in my sophomore year, I had to play as a British character, so of course the accent had to come with it. I was pretty good, and I still practice pretending I have a British accent at times. The only thing I had to differently back then was sing with a British accent, so that was a challenge.

You pretended you had a British accent your first two days of college? Ahaha. XD

Which British accent?

Every region has its own accent, yet the only ones that ever get referred to outside of the uk are either the godawful 'cockney' one or the equally cringeworthy queen's English/posh one. Both are accents I would gladly abolish.

Drew, I'm shaking my head at you.

Shivi, I wish I was someone who played a British character. I got to play (kind of) an Arab, though! But there weren't any accents involved. I was in the Aladdin Jr. musical. I tried out for the narrator and got understudy (unfortunately, that was a year before they made a rule that understudies got to be in the musical as the cast one night out of the four performances) so it's like... b'aww.

My brother's good at voices, and I've been mimicking most of his voices. I have all but two down and I like using those voices to shout at people and make noises out the window in the middle of the night. I'm such a rebel.

All of them, of course.

Whoa. So much orange on this page. ^-^;;

And I'm terrible with any accent that isn't Upper Midwestern, Central Canadian, or Missourian, and I even suck at those last two compared to most others. XD;

Honestly, where does our language keep getting these words? OH, WAIT, THAT'S RIGHT, IT'S OBVIOUSLY A PIRATE/THIEF AMONG LANGUAGES. ^-^;;

Pffft. The dictionary isn't the #1 resource for looking up words for me.

Urban. Dictionary.
