Chocolate milk is one of the best things to drink after a workout. Replenishes energy, is good for you AND tastes good :3 Plus I heard it was quite good in the protein department for some reason.. but I might be thinking of chocolate soymilk..
But dairy milk is apparently not meant to be good for you... but hey, that's evolution right there. People have grown from being lactose intolerant to being lactose tolerant (with side effects that could be considered both good and bad eg. faster "growth" and "maturation").
