Funny though, whenever I mention being a Christian, I get bashed for it, but when someone thinks I'm gay, they can't wait to defend me.

You don't have to do something because someone else wants you do. If someone thinks that you're some sort of wuss or "gay" because you don't want to go out and party, and get laid that's your choice. Not everyone wants to have sex the first time they show signs of growing in unusual places.
