I agree with you there. The kids here that are in AP US Government are hating the class because it's really gruesome and boring and the teacher lectures all the time and gives a lot of work, but going just by that short description there, thats how most professors are in colleges, so that'll definitely give them a nasty surprise once they get out of high school and into college.

ap govt! id kill to take that. my school never offered a lot of courses, last year we were going to make an anatomy class but they had to have at least 10 people sign up for it and only six did lol. sad times. but yeh, once they get into college they'll probably miss high school xD i do wish teachers were more hands-on than blindly informative...it's silly to complain about school being boring but i think teachers would gather more interest if they were more in-depth and personal with their lectures and activities. kids don't comprehend if they're not interested, and comprehension is the most important part of education.

I could never have that many smartass classes and still have enough sleep. I'd die through exhaustion.

Classes aren't that hard to me.
I'm usually able to joke around and twist it, and get high grades that way. It doesn't matter if you do exactly what the teachers say, as long as you fulfil the goals and show them what you've got n_n

I don't exactly study at all in high school but I get moderatley good grades anyway~

University Physics is hard though. :<

I go to all of my classes, do all the work, and still fail the tests do well in the classes.

I do pretty decent in my classes. I'm not the smartest in my class, but I do fairly well in my classes.

Pretty much everyone has high grades in my school because our educational system is awesome, so I'm not really considered great over here. But I still have pretty high grades.

Back in high school, they made the PSSA's a graduation requirement, because some kids didn't give a rat's behind about them. It wasn't fair to the people who tried. Those people who didn't care about the tests should've been saddled with the problem, not everyone else in the school.

There are several high schools over here that require perfect grades in everything to be able to enter :P

Over here you could basically go to any high school, but colleges look for the most perfect grades.

Colleges also want freakish athletes. If you're an athlete, you may not have the best grades, but colleges all over the country will want you for your athletic talent.

My friend's probably going to go to the NFL for a kicker. 55 yard field goals, the best in my high school's history XD
